The setting is magical, surrounded by forest but not far from the sea. The accomodation is a series of cabin-like rooms a short walk into the main lobby/restaurant area. There is a desk & bar area & plenty of cupboard space. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, and the deck & the views to the gardens outside very peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, including a fully labelled herb and vegetable garden. There are 2 pool areas, one for kids which is also a great idea. Transport can be arranged by golf cart to and from the restaurant but we enjoyed the walk. The breakfast was excellent, huge range of choices, and the dinners too, although it was pretty pricey. There is a separate spa centre and its a 10 minute drive into Comporta.

We couldn't find a price list for any of the in-room food provided, nor a room service menu although someone brought it for us when we called reception. The QR link was not very helpful. We had a massage and a facial, both were excellent but we thought pretty expensive.

What a magical place. You enter a hideaway from the world, no sign at the entrance gate, you just slip in and away. Check-in was great, we loved taking the bikes to explore the site, the pine trees, the buildings fitting right into the nature, everything so relaxing. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was amazing.

It would be nice if the bathroom-toilet in the room had a real door that closes completely and gives more privacy.

The breakfast was fantastic, extremely diverse, with offerings I had never had before and I have traveled a lot and to very good hotels. The staff went out of their way to please us without being too invasive of our space, they were just perfect and their English was exceptional.

This is the first time I have lived a luxury experience and obviously I was impressed with pretty much everything they had to offer. Everything was absolutely superb (location, venue, breakfast etc.) Special mention to the attentive personnel that were so kind and diligent in supporting me on special request upon my arrival to the venue.

To put a very small downside. It was not possible to regulate the temperature of the jacuzzi in the common area by myself. The water was set too hot for a hot day and we could not stay long.

The place is very nice, very beautiful nature, good breakfasts, the room was very modern and clean.

The spa could be bigger, because when you come and everything is occupied (both saunas, swimming pool, jacuzzi) that does not make sense for a spa-hotel. And spa treatments seem to be a bit overpriced (comparing to average Lisbon prices)

The peace and quiet, the feeling of being in nature, the style Breakfast amazing and staff so helpful and so lovely!! Especially the reception staff on front desk!!

Everything was amazing! I highly recommend Sublime Comporta the beautiful cabanas with private pool and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner with delicious selection of sustainable food. Unfortunately the beach club was booked for a private event but they recommended another beach club which was great. I can highly recommend the yoga class in the newly build facility with view into the garden.

Amazing staff, great attention to detail. Very good food and wine. lovely facilities. What would make it even better is the availability of binoculars to rent or borrow for the birds in the forest.

Bathroom tiny, no kettle in the room to make tea, room not made up on day 2 until 5 pm.

The common areas were espectacular, as well as the beach club

The rooms were the low point, the air was hidden with a bamboo curtain, I expect more design from a 600usd hotel. Did not love the bed, was too soft.
