Very good location and staff very polite. Breakfast is on the top floor with fantastic view to the sea with equally fantastic food.

Maybe because we booked a room for a couple and a child, there was no comfortable conditions to open laptop and work at the desk. Desk too small and there is no chair adjusted to the desk.

The beds though comfy sound like they have plastic on the mattress making noise with every movement. The rooms are not well insulated, so you hear everything! Anyone who is a bit sensitive to noise will struggle. You hear every foot step above you. Breakfast was also disappointing. The bacon was awful and looked like fake bacon. No ameneties in the bathroom other than a small bar of soap.

The location is great. The room has all the needed bits, it works well. There is no parking which is not ideal, but we parked somewhere close and there was no problem at all. Breakfast is ok - not a thousand options, but very good overall.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful - nothing was too difficult. We loved the breakfast room and there was a good selection of food, from cold meats, cheeses and pastries to fruit, bacon and eggs. There was also a good selection of teas and coffees. I also really liked the view of the harbour mouth where we could watch ships being guided in and out of the harbour by the pilot boat!

The only downside is that the hotel is south-facing and so in winter the rooms get the sun all day long. This made the room a little warm at the end of the day and at this time of year the air con is only used for heating so it wouldn't cool the room. BUT having said that the beautiful big windows could be opened wide to let the cooler air in. Reception warned us about this at the very start of our stay and so we were not surprised by it.

Very nice hotel well situated. We got a nice free upgrade to a higher floor with balcony without asking for one. Clean spacious room.

The only thing we noticed that could be upgraded is the shower faucets. But it was perfectly working.

Room was facing the ocean, clean comfortable, great price

The huge sliding closet doors were off the track, unable to move them. The window opened but was unable to close it, The lighting was weird, switches and lights everywhere. Some switches did nothing,

AC was automatic on 26C no possible to change or turn off. Had to keep the window open and the place was very noisy. Hardly slept for an hour.

The location close to the beach and the town centre. Friendly staff. Excellent value. Wonderful view from the breakfast room.

Having to feed the parking meter in front of the hotel which has no private parking. The bathroom was a bit tired and could use a new bath and toilet seat which was a different shape to the toilet!

The views were stunning.the lady on check-in was very helpful. The room was basic but clean.

The bar wasn't a bar but a shelf with alcohol on.

For a 3 stars hotel almost everything was ok. Staff very friendly, good room and clean. Some areas at floor although clean look like stains. This means that wear is noticeable.

Since I don't travel since a while it seemed to me that breakfast had not big variety of food. But once is 3 stars maybe the standard is this one.
