Very clean

Would love to have had small pots and pans to boil an egg or cook vegetables. Would like to have had a non stick frying pan and spatula. All else was fabulous.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and everything we needed as a family of four! The pool area was lovely and relaxing and the staff were polite and helpful!

Whoever I spoke to before check in on the number given as ‘customer service’ was extremely rude and made our first day stressful. The pool area is not owned by the apartment so when we arrived to find it closed I called the customer service number and they said ‘it’s not their problem’. The Q&A section is not up to date so when it says that you are welcome to use the pool facilities before check in this was not possible as they would not provide us a code to get in before 4pm. When we eventually were able to get in the pool bar was closed so the next day we went and got provisions to then find it was opening and our drinks were not permitted!! Just be aware that there is limited information on when it is opening or closed and this info is not passed onto the guests.

The appartment was nice, very clean and very well equipped. It was a bit older than it looked on the photos, but still great. We had a 1st floor room and could sit on the balcony and have a view of the pool. The food at the poolside restaurant is amazing! Also the family feel of the whole complex is really nice. It's situated in walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the city center. If you have a car, this is an awesome homebase!

The pool is separated from the apartments by a wall, it's fine, but wasn't very clear to me when I booked. You still had access to the pool though with the keycard.

Kitchen was well equipped. Had good assortment of pots and pans. We had end unit which was nice as we had three balconies. Unit is very close walk to nice gym. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool. There is a small grocery store less than 10 minutes walk away. Can walk to a beach in about 15-20 minutes. If you have a car, can drive to three really nice beaches in less than 4 minutes. Close enough access to boardwalk which is fantastic for running/walks and sunset and sunrises. Manageable walk to old city and many restaurants. Quiet location. Easy to find parking on street. Can get place cleaned daily except weekends. Overall we thought this place was perfect for our family of four. We also thought it was close to the perfect location to be in Lagos. Central to beach, grocery stores and gym. We loved our early morning kayak along the shore and caves.

This was the most expensive place that we stayed at in Portugal.

Apartment clean and ready for use, staff checked daily with us on our requirements, beds comfortable, well worth it.

Bath towels were a little thin and on the small side. Pool side bar/cafe has changed to a moroccan theme which was not for us. Stated that residents could obtain 10% discount but not on snacks/ice creams/drinks ( hot & Cold) only on evening main meals. The ladies who ran the old cafe serving breakfasts/snacks etc was in our opinion much better. During our week stay never witnessed anyone dining in the evening and I wonder if it will survive.

Modern, spotless, and very comfortable apartment in a residential area about a 15-minute walk from the old town of Lagos. The pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds and shade. There is also a bar and restaurant with good food options.

The pool, while appears to be owned by the apartment block, is also a public pool. It didn't pose any problem and we never had any issue getting a sun bed but I'm unsure of the policy for residents should it get very busy. It was managed very well by the gentleman who runs the restaurant.

A lovely, spacious apartment with everything that we could need. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The pool area didn’t ever feel crowded and had plenty of sunbeds. The pool Itself was a little on the chilly side for me but the children didn’t notice and had lots of fun splashing and swimming. The trampoline was a great addition for them too. The apartment itself is about a 15 minute walk from Lagos Old Town which was easily doable for us for mooching and eating out. It is also near to some exceptional beaches. It was a really lovely week away.

We had an amazing stay at Giramar apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was cozy and inviting. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Spacious, well equipped, clean. With a car it was just a 5 min drive to town. Staff was very friendly and any issues were sorted out immediately.

Only one bathroom.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, even though it was just the two of us, it’s easily big enough for 5. Can’t find fault with anything. Supremely clean and extremely comfortable. The pool area is lovely even though we didn’t make use of the pool. The staff kindly let us check in an hour earlier so we could make an appointment in town. We have already chatted to friends about booking again and staying for 4 or 5 nights.

Absolutely nothing. Maybe the access to the swimming pool but I’m being incredibly picky. There is an access door/gate at the far side of the pool area (nearest to our apartment) but that wasn’t operational.. My biggest dislike was only having 2 nights here!
