Townhouse was lovely very modern and clean, great outside space. Nice pool. Location very quiet, about a 20min walk or short cab ride into town and to beach, Local supermarket 10mins walk away. Nice for a few days stay.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was poor especially for a 4* resort and the food items were not topped up enough we had to keep asking for stuff also no gluten and dairy free options apart from bread, Which I also had to ask for and no separate toaster which is a shame. Definitely room for improvement!

We had a 4 night stay early June in a twin bed room overlooking the pool. View was great and the room immaculate too. Pool is enormous with plenty of beds available each day. Staff are really friendly and helpful, offering great advice on tours. Centre of Lagos is a 15/20min walk and nearest beach about 10mins away. Buffet breakfast has plenty of options and snack bar is available in the day with happy hour from 1-4pm. Highly recommend this hotel for optimum relaxation and chill

Room cleaning was a little late each day and towels seem to only be changed every other day.

Overall, our stay was good, but there were a few issues worth mentioning

1. Laundry Service: They charge per item rather than per kilogram, which makes it impractical for washing basics like socks and underwear. Fortunately, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave us the address of an alternative laundry nearby. 2. Bar Prices: The cocktails at the bar were overpriced — even compared to prices in central areas of Germany. 3. No Luggage Room: There is no dedicated luggage room. If you need to leave your bags before check-in or after check-out, the only option is to leave them in a corner of the lobby, where everyone walks by. It's not secure or isolated. Also, one woman at check-out was quite rude, which left a negative impression at the end. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still positive.

We stayed in the one bed appointment, which was beautiful. Very clean,the only problem was the building work going on. A hotel is being built facing the apartment. It is very loud from early morning until 6 pm. I would recommend staying in the hotel, as once you're near the pool you can't hear any noise. The staff are amazing , as are the facilities, a supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Lagos old town is 5 mins in a taxi €5 .There are lots of beach walks, with some of the most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend staying here it was definitely 5 ⭐️

Big pool. Easy to find a spot at all times. Quiet place. No noisy music. Very good sleep at night. Great location with fast access to Lagos by car to spend the evening. Also a good place to explore east and west Algarve. Helpful staff and good management to solve any problem quickly.

The snack bar could be more efficient with less wait time. Maybe it is a cultural difference that I do not understand yet but rules of how to order and receive food was not clear to me. Yet the staff was very nice and helpful to address my questions.

Really clean

We really liked the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the beaches and the sea. Bungalow was very clean and private, the premises of the hotel were all clean, which was great. We also liked the outdoor pool. Generally, our stay was very pleasant and we would recommend the place to other people.

We were surprised that we had to wear a wristband with the name of the hotel during our stay. We don't think it's necessary for strangers to know which hotel we are staying in. Additionally, to get a pool towel, you either have to pay 20 eur deposit in cash or provide full details of your credit card (number, cvc, year, name), which we found a bit ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. These are rather small things that did not disrupt our stay.

The staff were lovely & very helpful. The pool was amazing & the facilities in the hotel were good. Quiet and peaceful / relaxing stay! No noise & there was always someone there 24/7 if any assistance needed. The cleaners were very friendly. Happy hour was good value!

The food & drinks were very expensive compared to all local bars & Lagos. No music around the pool area for an atmosphere. The bar is very isolated in the hotel & we only used the outdoor one.

The hotel is in a lovely upscale and calm area 1 km from Praia do Camilo and Porto de Mos and 2 km from the city center. There is a bus stop close by but unfortunately the don't operate in the evening. We had a car some of the days which made it easier. We stayed in the brand new apartment building close to the pool. The rooms are modern and pretty and also had a fridge, which was really good. Large balcony with great views. Nice pool area with comfortable sun beds. There a lots of activities you can book, which is good if you haven't planned or booked anything yourself.

It would be good if there was an access point to the hotel from the back, if you walk from Ponta da Piedade you need to walk around the front of the hotel, which is quite a bit longer. No restaurants close to the hotel and to eat hotel buffets every day is not fun. The balcony chairs were not comfortable. Not very important, but there was no lable on the bathroom products, so you didn't know if it was schampoo, conditioner or bath gel.

Our small villa looked new, was spotless and comfortable, had plenty of storage for luggage, and came with its own parking space, which is a big plus if you're driving. The location makes it easy to leave Lagos if you want to visit something else nearby.

Breakfast offers few healthy choices (no granola, only muesli and some other flakes), the safe is too small for a laptop, and other services feel ordinary.
