We stayed in the one bed appointment, which was beautiful. Very clean,the only problem was the building work going on. A hotel is being built facing the apartment. It is very loud from early morning until 6 pm. I would recommend staying in the hotel, as once you're near the pool you can't hear any noise. The staff are amazing , as are the facilities, a supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Lagos old town is 5 mins in a taxi €5 .There are lots of beach walks, with some of the most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend staying here it was definitely 5 ⭐️

Really clean

The hotel is in a lovely upscale and calm area 1 km from Praia do Camilo and Porto de Mos and 2 km from the city center. There is a bus stop close by but unfortunately the don't operate in the evening. We had a car some of the days which made it easier. We stayed in the brand new apartment building close to the pool. The rooms are modern and pretty and also had a fridge, which was really good. Large balcony with great views. Nice pool area with comfortable sun beds. There a lots of activities you can book, which is good if you haven't planned or booked anything yourself.

It would be good if there was an access point to the hotel from the back, if you walk from Ponta da Piedade you need to walk around the front of the hotel, which is quite a bit longer. No restaurants close to the hotel and to eat hotel buffets every day is not fun. The balcony chairs were not comfortable. Not very important, but there was no lable on the bathroom products, so you didn't know if it was schampoo, conditioner or bath gel.

We really liked the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the beaches and the sea. Bungalow was very clean and private, the premises of the hotel were all clean, which was great. We also liked the outdoor pool. Generally, our stay was very pleasant and we would recommend the place to other people.

We were surprised that we had to wear a wristband with the name of the hotel during our stay. We don't think it's necessary for strangers to know which hotel we are staying in. Additionally, to get a pool towel, you either have to pay 20 eur deposit in cash or provide full details of your credit card (number, cvc, year, name), which we found a bit ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. These are rather small things that did not disrupt our stay.

The staff were lovely & very helpful. The pool was amazing & the facilities in the hotel were good. Quiet and peaceful / relaxing stay! No noise & there was always someone there 24/7 if any assistance needed. The cleaners were very friendly. Happy hour was good value!

The food & drinks were very expensive compared to all local bars & Lagos. No music around the pool area for an atmosphere. The bar is very isolated in the hotel & we only used the outdoor one.

Room was spacious and clean, Free parking, good location (close to the boardwalk, and at the centre of the must see towns in Algarve) and the staff (especially the receptionists) are very accommodating and friendly

• Pool was freezing, it was like dipping on an olympic size ice bath - would be nice if the hotel invests on making this a heated pool 😅 • Pillows are a bit uncomfortable

Place was so clean and spacious. The pool was massive it was amazing, can pay €20 deposit for 2 beach towels and renew whenever and get your money back after your stay. The pool never felt busy or crowded even when all the sun loungers were full. Our room was clean and had a modern look, the mini fridge was so handy and the balcony was really nice too. The beds were super comfy with a blanket (too hot for a duvet) there was air conditioning to keep it at room temperature. Good lighting in the bathroom to do make-up as well as a full body mirror. The staff were always helpful (nice to know that the reception was open for 24 hours) they really got to know you and made sure you were having a nice time and were safe.

Only downside was a lack of hangers and drawers, can't really complain though.

The pool is wonderful! It was such a perfect location and very clean. The rooms are large and it was great to have the extra table and chairs. The bathroom is lovely with walk in shower and plenty of space as well. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. Having a terrace was also excellent for sunset and drying towels. There was plenty of parking for our car and town was accessible by a short walk. Staff was very kind and responded to anything we needed.

The hotel restaurant is a bit limited and the food is not as good as one would expect. Breakfast is expensive and there was not much of a selection. It should be included in the price of the room. We had hoped to put our bikes in the room as well too, since there was extra space but we were not allowed to. We also did not like having to wear the mandatory armband for the entire week.

Everything was immaculately clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. They helped us booking all sorts. Very nice team. Good bar/restaurant service.

Lack of suitable storage in rooms - no drawers or shelves for two people to unpack so was quite inconvenient. We had three hangers each in our wardrobe. So, that’s not very well thought out (the hotel staff gave us extra hangers to help) and would recommend rethinking storage options in rooms. Personal preference but bed was a bit annoying - only twins available for us but that may have been due to availability at the time we booked. We also had to pay five euros when we lost our room card and they only accepted cash. Not a big thing but we thought it was a little bit unusual and a bit of an inconvenience at the end of our holiday when starting to run low on cash. Not had that with a hotel before.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool was massive and really peaceful. The room was very spacious, excellent bathroom and shower. Staff were amazing, so helpful and welcoming, really attentive.

To be honest everything was really good. The only slight downside was the location is a bit of a distance to the old town (20-25 minutes walk). Although it is a really nice and peaceful walk, so we quite enjoyed it.
