- nicest staff you can find, ladies at breakfast were the best :) - rooftop where breakfast is (awesome view) - location, right in front of one of the most beautyfull beaches, easy access to the city center - traditional portuguese pastries available at breakfast

- shower drainage was bad - i missed healthier choices at breakfast, a lot of industrialized options (eg oats, seeds) - pool was closed when we were there

Lovely small hotel in a fantastic location right on Dona Ana beach and a 15 minute walk into Lagos old town along the boardwalk. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower. Slept well as its a fairly quiet area. Good breakfast on rooftop restaurant which is lovely. Rooftop pool is a nice alternative to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Great value

The rooftop pool is a bit small and not a lot of loungers so can fill up quickly. Could also do with a few more parasols but I think that's because it can get windy at times. Breakfast was good but would have liked some fresher pastries. And a kettle in the rooms would have been great

The view is uncomparable, both from the rooms, and in particular the breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is already such a calming experience. The rooms are comfortable. Personnel is friendly.

The isolation is not so good. You can hear your neighbours doing everything neighbours do. When we wanted to enjoy a drink in the hotel restaurant at night, we were sent up to the rooftop bar, where we got the worst Aperol spritz in a plastic cup for way too much money. It would be nice to have coffee/tea facilities in the room.

The location is unbeatable: on the beautiful beach and on the amazing boardwalk route that goes between Lagos city and the coastal promenade towards beaches and cliffs. The junior suite is extremely comfortable and it has everything for an excellent stay. Very clean as well. Breakfast is basic, but it has good fruit, which I appreciated. The restaurant Luca's rooftop is really excellent, highly recommended.

The staff in the restaurant over breakfast could have been a bit more friendly. Plates and cutlery at breakfast are very small. The hotel proposed the airport transfer for the price that was almost double the price of Uber.

We enjoyed the restaurant. Ingrid, who worked at the restaurant, provided excellent service. The view from our room was lovely and room was clean. The staff was helpful for the most part.

They provide a complimentary vine bottle for guests in the room but not all guests drink alcohol. We asked if it could be replaced by a non alcoholic beverage or water but they refused. Also, they provide water only once and not after that so we had to make sure to go to the supermarket and stock up on water bottles. We called once to ask for some tissues and they said they don’t provide that which we found bizarre.

Lovely stay and perfect location next to a boardwalk and beautiful beach / viewpoint. Rooms were spotless with spacious balcony. Nice communal area on first floor with seating areas, board games etc. Staff were very helpful and informative on arrival, giving us tips and to do map in local area. Breakfast was generous and had a lot of options available. We would come back!

Although breakfast was very generous, we found it a bit chaotic, with no real queing system or organisation in place. Lacked plant based options / dairy free milk etc. I got up for a coffee and staff had taken my plate of cakes and cleared my table (assuming I was done but i was coming back). Still good value for money as was included in price just minor details! Lobby smelt amazing although air freshener was a little overpowering. No tea / coffee or extras in room, overall we had what we needed though!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. I slept great. The buffet breakfast was decent. The same restaurant for dinner was pretty expensive but food was decent. Lily, who worked both the buffet breakfast and at the pool bar, was lovely. She was friendly, funny and very on-point. She wanted to make sure we had whatever we needed.

The guy at the front desk, Pedro, was very rude upon check-in. We were a large group, renting 3 rooms for 4 nights. His first words to us were: "Oh, you came from Booking.com?" and we got an eye roll. He wasn't pleased that we didn't book directly with the hotel. He told us we could only get beach towels every second day and that we needed to "rent" them for 10 euros apiece. Okay, fine. My one friend was given a very hard time two days later when she tried to exchange her towels. He then proceeded to tell her that she could only exchange them every third day. He had clearly told all of us every second day upon check-in. I avoided the front desk when Pedro was there. There was another gentleman who worked the front desk who was much nicer (I unfortunately, didn't get his name).

We were thrilled with this hotel. The friendly staff, excellent location, clean modern rooms and the delicious food at the restaurant.

As we were travelling in November not every restaurant around the hotel was open so we had to walk 15 minutes into town.

The place was amazing, our balcony view was stunning! The size of the room, bed, bathroom and balcony was very good! Location is great, just few steps from the Dona Ana’s Beach and the cliffs walk hiking. Pool was good with a wonderful view! We loved this place!

I think the breakfast could have more options, it’s basically English based breakfast(bacon, eggs, sausages, beans and some options of fruits and cakes/breads), I was expecting some Portuguese cuisine in the breakfast (pastéis de nata for example). But generally was good!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, primarily because of its perfect location near the beach. The hotel itself was clean and nice. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request.

One of the things I missed the most was the lack of slippers and a bathrobe in the room. It was a small detail, but it would have added an extra level of comfort to my stay. Aside from that, everything else was great 👍🏼
