Perfectly placed for restaurants etc. We fined in using the kitchen, which had everything g for whipping up a healthy meal and consuming it in the courtyard. Staff were amazing for check in and explaining the set up. The room was spotless, facilities comfortable. We're through-hikers and it suited our needs. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Building is tired but it all worked well and good value for money.

We were opposite a bar and, of course, it was noisy. Sadly an ugly brawl broke out on the street very late - typical English who binge drink - but that's not the establishment's fault. Apart from that - all good

I had a great stay at this hostel in Lagos! What stood out most was the excellent communication and how flexible and accommodating the staff were when I had to make some last-minute changes to my travel dates — they were incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the process. The included breakfast was also a pleasant surprise — better than what you’d typically expect from a budget hostel, with a good variety and fresh options each morning. Overall, for such an affordable place, the experience exceeded my expectations. A well-run, friendly hostel that I’d gladly recommend to other travelers!

The staff were so nice and helpful! I arrived at 8am and they let me eat free breakfast and use all the facilities and then I could leave my luggage at the hostel until the check in time. The hostel has everything you need, big kitchen, free breakfast (yogurt, cereals, bread, fruit, vegetables, cheese, ham,…), regularly cleaned bathrooms. I really enjoyed my stay!

The only thing is it’s pretty noisy because of the street next to it and the hostel isn’t really modern

Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a lot of good advice and they were very warm - all of them. I slept pretty good my nights there. The location is also awesome and central yet hidden away enough to not be right in the middle of everything. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Fairly good breakfast as well and they were flexible when I had to eat early before diving.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Everyall not the newest rooms and facilities but all the good things make up for it. No privacy curtains or towel.

Breakfast was great, majority of the staff was very friendly. They provided an early breakfast too which was very much appreciated. Relaxed hostel.

The fan in the room is tiny and should be upgraded to a bigger one. The bed with a steel frame was extremely noisy. When we arrived a lady at reception was not very helpful, didn't check us in and just informed the room was not ready. She was speaking on the phone for quite some time before attending to us as we had just arrived.

Great location within walking distance to the beaches and right in the old town. Comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast with a range of options (cereal, yoghurt, fruits, bread, meats, cheese and spreads) even had a coffee machine. Staff were friendly and offered us a fan as it was quite hot while we were there. Always offered fresh towels too.

Bathrooms could be cleaner but hard when many people are using them. One staff member who did the breakfast was a bit grumpy.

the Hostel is situated very centrally, and close to the port. The breakfast is also excellent. Bathrooms are clean. It has a big open courtyard, where people can spend free time pleasantly.

The bathroom had 2 showers and 2 toilets, and during the weekend, there were too many young students, girls that were making almost a queue for the bathroom. That was not pleasant....also the cupboard in the room, it did not have a key to lock valuable things in side.

It was lovely, the workers where as helpful as possible, the pousada was a little empty but welcoming and very near to the center of the town. Everything was perfect and congruent with the quality-price

The breakfast maybe but it was acceptable for the price we paid. Eventhough we has the kitchen so we liked it.

A good basic breakfast, clean room and the location is top notch! The receptionist(host) is really nice and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for sightseeing, the kitchen and housekeeping staff is also very sweet! Recommend :)

They only have a head shower, not a hand shower, which is fine , but should be mentioned in the description.

The most impressive staff altitude! Paskal (hope I spell it correctly) give warm welcome, explained how to get to places I was interested, My first excursion was 6.30 am, so Paskal make the note I need 5.45 am breakfast. It was continental, but coffee ☕️ was good, and there was a microwave to warm bread if you wanted. I shared the room with others 3 girls. Bed lining was very clean, shower 🚿 and toilet just cross from the room, very comfy 👌 Hostel got very good location, close to the city centre and the beaches! Pleasant place to stay, defo will advice for visiting!

In the room, there is no socket next to the bed, so it is not possible to charge the phone. Rooms and furniture are a bit tired, but the price and location can forgive it!
