City view room has a balcony overlooking the street. Just like the picture in the listing...awesome place to people watch. Might get some street noise at times but didn't notice. Room was basic, clean and met our needs. Good for a one of two night stay.

When we checked in we were put in an overview room as there was a problem with the ac in the city view room. Ocean view rooms are small and the balcony is only able to seat one chair. We took our chances with the ac and it was ok...just couldn't shut it off by remote...the gentleman who showed us how to run it was great.

Location right in the heart of the old town so excellent location for resturants and beach/marina. Staff were very helpful and friendly. WiFi very good, room had hairdryer, toiletries and TV.. Bed was comfortable and towels changed every day if needed. The kitchenette was great for putting food in the fridge and making a breakfast/cereal. Please note this is a budget hotel so don't expect luxury, however it is very convenient and I would stay again.

Would feel nicer if the rooms had a quick coat of paint, otherwise it's fine bit it could have been just my room

It is a cozy hotel in a city center with quick and access to the restaurants, historic part of the city and the bay. It was clean with a comfortable bed, hairdryer and a lobby where I could work + good internet. There is also a small kitchen in the common area with a fridge and a microwave.

Below the windows of our room was a restaurant and the visitors were very loud. Because of bad sound isolation it was hard to fall asleep. But, God bless earplugs :)

In the midst of town center, close to so to speak every facility we needed. Forgot something? no worries, the hotel is right there. Accommodation of the staff when we told them we might get in late. The pictures of the rooms and bathrooms doesn't do them justice, it was WAY nicer in real life. Positively surprised.

Too bad breakfast isn't included, but that wasn't a problem, that gave us more the reason to explore brunch and breakfast places.

Big room, location is amazing, in the middle of everything (shops, restaurants, close to the marina and the beaches) No breakfast but shared small kitchen with fridge

No parking lot so have to park at the city paid parking lot and it’s 13€ for 24h. Can be noisy at times inside and outside the hotel. There’s AC but it’s very noisy so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper

The location is super, right in the middle of shops and restaurants and a short walk to the closest beach. Our room was comfortable if a little tired. The bathroom was partially renovated but needed retiling and some further improvement although for the price it was acceptable. There is a public parking less than 100 meters from the hotel.

The bathroom could be much improved. There is an abandoned roof terrace which could be a great asset to the hotel if it was tidied up and made more comfortable.

Really good location, comfortable room and facilities. Nice staff as well. Loved the comfortable bed!!!

No curtain or shutters to block out the light in the morning, but that's my only critique! It made me get up early so not entirely negative!!

The room had only little widow so it was a little bit dark The window couldn't be locked so there was fear someone can access the room throug the window from the patio shared between few rooms The sink was completely blocked Someone using the room before us never reported it

Excellent location ,.in the heart of old town and 10 minute walk to the beach and marina. Sea view was excellent . Room was great size for 1 person. Bed was comfortable , excellent water pressure and good ac. Lots of bench space ,.only 1 chair. Felt extremely safe as solo traveler. You're paying for the great location.

The curtains are sheer , both the street light and morning sun shine through. It's 2 star so it's basic and needs updating .

The personal We asked about beaches and the women in charge gave us no infirmation. Saud that there was not much to see in Lagos. Fortunately someone in a store told us about Praia Camilo and Praia Dona Ana, which is definetely the prettiest places in the Algarve. We couldn't believe the woman and man in charge of the hotel said the only beach there was, was the one across the street from the hotel... TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!! People like that can ruin your trip.
