Location was perfect and the staff always at full disposal. Room was very cute, equipped with everything you need and breakfast on the terrace was excellent. Parking was at a short walking distance as cars are not allowed in the small streets of the center.

Curtains could be revisited as light came in the room in the morning while trying to sleep. Minor hiccup with the room assignment on arrival but quickly fixed and apologized with a wine bottle.

Location is great, right in the city centre. The lady who checked us in was nice and went the extra mile, just like the man who served us the breakfast. Great service.

I was not happy with housekeeping. There were only shampoos and no shower gels on our arrival. Even though there was a daily cleaning service, it was not satisfactory (like hair on the floor). This is the main reason why I did not give a higher valuation for this accommodation. Needed to wait for hot water in the shower. Not too bad but sometimes it took a few minutes.

We were well welcomed and taken care of the host with the arrival. Great central location, we loved the breakfast on the rooftop there service was exceptional great and views too. We had a balcony and room was small but had all we needed.

This was a spacious and comfortable apartment in the centre of the old town, with good restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Luana was an attentive and welcoming host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were excellent, served on a terrace overlooking the rooftops towards the sea with a lovely selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, freshly squeezed orange juice and filter coffee.

The central location meant that it was rather noisy at night. It's in a pedestrian area so the noise was from late-night revellers rather than traffic, but noisy cleaning trucks came round very early in the morning. It would have been quieter if we'd shut the windows and used the air conditioning!

Top floor outside terrace where breakfast was served was definitely the best part! We had evening wine there also and it was wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t extensive but was nice & had everything we needed. Being short I loved the shower because the hand held sprayer was positioned at just right for me do I could stand under it. Not so good for someone tall who would have to hold it. Lots of hot water & good pressure.

Has a worn look. Lampshade had crack in it, sheet was torn, towels were cheap. We stayed 3 nights but never got a shower gel refill of the 2 tiny bottles or a new hand soap which disintegrated by 3rd day . Good thing we always have a bar of soap! Only waste can was tiny one in bathroom. When I asked if we could have one in room I was told “ Sorry big possible.”. That was ridiculous since there was plenty of room & would have cost just a couple of euros. Just a few inexpensive small changes would make such a difference!! Getting rid of clutter inside door entry would make it so much easier for guests to maneuver their luggage for the trek up winding staircase!

What I loved about this property is the location first of all. Very strategic place can get you anywhere. Also the host was amazing Louise, the hospitality is spectacular made our trip very special. The breakfast is good! And the property is clean. And the best thing is the balcony in the room. I would definitely recommend it, and it will mot be my last!

We loved our stay here, the location was exceptional and our apartment was perfect for 3 of us. Our favourite part was the breakfast in the morning with the host welcoming us to the rooftop each morning with an assortment of delicious foods and drinks including freshly squeezed orange juice!

Excellent breakfast and view from the terrace! The person who assisted us was very hospitable and kind. I would stay again if in town!

Nothing major really! It may get noisy at night (it's on a commercial street), and the bathroom of our room could benefit from better ventilation.

Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly. Grear daily housekeeping. Complimentary bottle of wine and fruits at welcome.

Luana, the host, could not have been more personable and competent. She made herself completely available to us to ensure a great visit. Luis, the breakfast chef, performed exceptionally. The breakfasts were excellent. He went over and above in making our visit one of the best we've had. The Suites Inn staff were the best.
