Brand new place, amazing to have so much outdoor space to hang out in (shared balcony, 2 x rooftops, ground floor terrace). The pool is lovely, great views. Room is very comfy with great air conditioning. Breakfast was great.

The bathroom shower flooded a little bit, probably not well designed. But that's the only thing wrong with the room. Also we had to pay a couple of euro to leave our bags after check out, not a big deal but think for the price of the room it was a little unnecessary, most places don't charge you to store your bag for a few hours when you've stayed overnight.

I enjoyed my stay well, location is great and beds are comfy. I was happy that toilets and showers on my floor were tiny rooms instead of just stalls. Breakfast is good, pancakes & fruits especially! Laura was like a sunshine running through the halls everytime I saw her. I don’t know her name, but one of the cleaner ladies was super nice too.

On the minus side I think privacy curtains on beds could’ve made this stay a bit more enjoyable. There was also a bug in my bed, a harmless one (must’ve been a silverfish) but it still creeped me out crawling from under the mattress. Some of the staff seemed a bit uncaring at times, overall they were mostly nice though.

Big kitchen with enough space in fridge (there’s 2). Breakfast incl (toasts, ham, cheese, pancakes, cucumber, pineapple, melons, cereals, orange juice, coffee) from 8-10. Staff is AMAZING & lots of activities offered. WhatsApp group to communicate with everyone & offer suggestions of the day..Could easily spend a week here. Storage offered before check in for free. Pool is AMAZING!

The storage units under the bed open up from the front which makes a lot of noise and more difficult to organize. The showers are closed off to the ceiling separately so it gets pretty hot and no circulation in there. Sinks splash everywhere. No hairdryer

The staff was very friendly and it was great that they would set up activities for the hostel residents (organised tours, pub crawls, BBQs). The facilities were clean and looked new, the rooftop pool with sun beds was also a bonus! Oh, and breakfast is included (very basic: ham, cheese, toast, honey, pancakes and fruit). Helps if you can't be bothered to chase down food in the morning.

It is a hostel were the average age is mid 20s - so it is a party hostel. If you want to get a early night sleep in the mixed rooms, forget about it. People will be returning from pub crawls and noisily talking on the terrace connecting rooms until 3-4am. The girls only rooms are tidier and quieter however.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed at and that's from a person who has been to 56 countries (so I have been to a few!). In hostels there will always be an odd person who has an issue and leaves a bad review. This hostel is well run with great staff - it is the cleanest hostel you will find - the pool on the rooftop is great depending on the time of year you visit. I've stayed 4 times - 3 times in Summer and now once in Spring. It has a nice balance between being a place you can relax or if you wish take advantage on some of their fun things (karaoke, sunset tour, Portuguese dinners etc). Just do it!

A lot of activities planned by the hostel, easy to get in contact with other people, nice location, staff very kind and nice, breakfast included, snack machines, balcony with an amazing view, the pool on the top, comfortable bed, possibility to store your own food

Storage places under the bed very hard to open and loud, no curtains in front of the bed = nearly no privacy, in my room with 8 people only 1 window/glass door for fresh air, air conditioning too strong (but you could ask for extra blankets or ask to turn it off, so fine), can be considered as a party hostel with pub crawls every night (can also be positive, depending on the view) which is why people sometimes came late and woke you up

This stay exceeded our expectations! The staff all made the stay that much more amazing! We really appreciated the community feel, knowledge and group activities that were organized on the daily for guests. There’s always something to do! The view from the private suites are out of this world. Breakfast served overlooking the water and parts of historic old town Lagos - amazing! A special thank you to Catarina, Ivo and Laura for taking such great care of us and your guests! Will definitely return and/or recommend this hostel to our friends!

If I really had to pick one, it would maybe be the slightly cold showers? Not the end all

The hostel is really clean and in a great location. They also have a self-service washer and dryer, which was really nice. The breakfast is mostly sugary, but it's a nice way to start the day with pancakes :)

The lockers under the beds were a bit noisy, and the lack of privacy curtains could easily be improved. While there's nothing inherently wrong with the hostel, the fact that they have a fixed charge for vomiting in the room is a bit off-putting for me. It just didn't feel like the right fit.

Perfect location, close to the centre with cafes, restaurants, bars close by yet quiet enough to relax at the pool and sleep without any disturbance. WhatsApp group is particularly helpful and they have various events on such as sushi Saturdays, Lisbon eating experience and pub crawls.

Floor one, one of the shower doors did not lock so it meant no body used it. As there are only 4 showers and 4 toilets for the whole of the floor it could be busy duty peak times waiting to use facilities.

Place was super lovely, clean and in a great location. Staff were so kind and helpful. Full of young lively guests so lots of things happening in the hostel that you get enjoy. Pool is open until midnight which is amazing 🤩

Bathroom lacks ventilation, so whole room feels damp even with air on and window open. Shower is a push button which is inconvenient but I understand why and bed a little on the hard side. But other than that, amazing value for money!!!!
