Location, and grounds attention to detail of staff

Jacuzzi not working and clearly had not for sometime only booked 4 days before arriving and was advertised on their direct web site, they should have said especially for November stay as in door facilities more important late in the season pet hate of mine , really puts me off recommending. No shop near by (which i knew when i booked)

Hotel facilities and location are excellent. Apartments are well equipped and this is our second visit. The staff are very nice and friendly but there isn't enough of them. Spa is excellent and so is kids club. Our daughter loves the pools and we leave the easy access to nearby beach within 15mins walk

More staff are required in the hotel bar and they need to have a drinks service at the sand pool in July a key holiday month.

Service has meaningfully improved since new ownership. The position is amazing. Will be even better once the construction in the area will be settled

Absolutely beautiful property, on top of a cliff the views overlooking the water are unbelievable. Incredible walk to the lighthouse and cliff, great for sunset watching, morning strolls and pictures. The pool was refreshing and stunning, a perfect place to relax during the day. The food selection is great as well both in the restaurants, poolside and breakfast buffet. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, beautiful balcony view.

The location is close enough you can call Bolt or Uber to take you into Old Town Lagos, but too far to walk. We were able to find rides very easily though. We did walk into town one night and it took about 30 minutes. Once you’re in the town center, you can walk to all the restaurants and beaches.

A lovely resort with great apartments for families, a fantastic kids pool with mini beach. Apartments are clean and well fitted out. The ones with direct access to the kids pool are ideal. The location is a drive from Lagos centre but close to Porte do Mos beach.

Parts of the hotel are showing its age and lack of maintenance. The grass hasn’t been cut at the kids club, the sun shield was gone also perhaps broken and not replaced and the entire kids area looked abandoned in places. There has been little to no investment or maintenance and it shows. It’s a pity as the staff are lovely and the kids pool Is perfect. The outdoor spa also looked quite run down and while enjoyable does not live up to a 5* resort

From the moment we walked in it was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and super professional. The room was perfect. Amazing bathroom, super comfortable bed and chairs. Wonderful amenities. Bar and restaurants were fantastic. Outstanding location. Lots of fun walks around property.

My only complaint would be the grounds of property. Clearly hasn't hard much maintenance for a long time. Grass and weeds overgrown. Such a stark contrast to interior. Only saw a garden once in our whole stay which couldn't be more different to our experience at other top resorts.

This is our 2nd visit and again it did not disappoint. The main pool is a gorgeous as ever. The apartment was of a high standard and had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness was of a high standard and the apartment was serviced every day. Excellent service from the staff particularly in the bar and pool area. Love the location - near to Porto do Mos Beach and stunning views. Town centre was easily accessible by taxi/Uber.

There were a lot of very noisy children in the main pool. Not sure why they didn't use the other pool that is more suitable for kids. I am not averse to children on holiday (!!) but as a wellness and spa resort, it was a bit off-putting.

Nice resort with a lot of activities offered (spa, golf, tennis etc.) and nice pool areas. Breakfast was good. Great location if you want to take a walk on the cliffs around Ponte da Piedade.

Facilities are a bit dated overall. The price you’re paying is only worth it if you make good use of all facilities and activities offered. Location is somewhat outside of the city center (just something to be aware of)

The hotel is in a large complex as it also has villas. It's great to walk around the property as well as along the coast enjoying breathtaking ocean views. The breakfast was buffet style. It had all one could crave for; fresh fruits, cold meats and cheese, smoked salmon, a wonderful bread/pastry selection as well as an egg station for omelettes etc. The room was large and comfortable with a wonderful and spacious bathroom. The spa has a pool that is quieter than the main one.

The main pool is large and full of children running around. The hotel is a bit run down yet, clean and nice.

Very nice, quiet and extremely comfortable resort hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Large rooms. 3 different pools allow space for everyone. In fact, the hotel has the best size: not crowded while having lots of facilities. New apartments and villas are being built which might change this.

The closest beach (Canavial) is difficult to reach (must go down a cliff) and the others close (Camilo, Praia de Mós) are too crowded. Not in walking distance to Lagos, a car is needed. The grass in most public places disappeared and the ground is brown.
