Very nice lady, who was cleaning the house. And that job was done perfectly! I liked the terrace very much, although there is not much space, where you can spend the time, if it is raining outside. Unless you go to the bar downstairs.

A bit noisy from the bar downstairs in the evening. But it is closing after the midnight (or earlier?), so it is not disturbing the sleep. Also, the girl from the neighbour mixed dorm room was complaining about super-loud snoring of the roommates, who were usually getting drunk before the sleep and then being very noisy during the sleep. I wish there was an option to change the room in this case. All the drunk guys and noisy snoring men should occupy the same room! A bit funny, but that could work to manage everyone's comfort in the dormitories.

The area was very peaceful. I arrived in november so they were very flexible and was easy for me to extend my stay as I liked spending more time there to enjoy Lagos a few more days. Maybe during the summer it would be quite busy. The balcony was great, perfect for having breakfast outside. Had such a great and relaxing time I ended up staying for over a week instead of 2 nights :)

The check-in process was not very clear, would be nice to know what to expect in advance. Not super confusing, just didn't know that I had to go to the bar for it.

1. Our double room is big and cosy. 2. The owner is nice and let us store our luggage after checking out. 3. There is a kitchen, two shared bathrooms, and a terrace! We enjoyed having dinner on the terrace :)

It’s really far from the bus/train station. 20-minute walk UPHILL. I really didn’t enjoy going all the way up with my luggage.

Everything was super clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was extremely kind and helpful.

It could be slightly nearer the center or the beach, but it's really not such big deal. 10 min walk from bus, 20 min walk from the closest beach and has got 2 Spar markets near and a bigger one a little bit further away, so the location, again, could be a little bit better but it's not bad. That's why I still give it a 10/10

Friendly staff welcome visitors into a stock-standard budget accomodation with no frills. Having seen better days, this hostel provides anything you might expect from a budget bunkbed while providing a friendly atmosphere.

Having seen better days, the hostel lacks keys for the lockers in rooms, convenient power sockets by upper bunks, and the living room consists of a now unsued bar that probably saw some great social evenings back in the day. This hostel is well past its golden age.

The budget friendly price, comfortable beds that didn't shake even though they are the metal version bunk beds, they were perfect. An adorable house dog. Lovely owners. One big bathroom I liked, the shared one I didnt. Loads of fridge space Big balcony for socialising. Highly recommend this place, everyone was friendly and welcoming and the guests all chatted to each other. Would defo stay here again. There's a pub below with pool tables if that's your thing too. Super cheap prices. 15-25min walk to diff beaches 10min walk to city centre 10 min walk to lidl. Lots of cafes /restaurant within 2-5 min walk Under 20 min walk to bus & train station.

The only thing I didn't like was the shared bathroom, the toilets were tiny & the showers felt a bit exposed for so many people walking in & out of bathroom, but if its a problem, can just be flexible and wait on the private bathroom. That's what I did most days and that bathroom is excellent. New extension plugs might be needed.

What a cracking place to stay ! Everythings clean, rooms are spacious., everyone's friendly. You even get a blanket and a towel ( which is unusual for most hostels) Lovely kitchen area and noone takes your stuff from the fridge haha! Massive supermarket 5 mins away . Never had to wait for the bathroom or shower...Bar downstairs is cool too. Left my bag there when I checked out, didn't understand the bar/ reception was closed on Sunday. They messaged me and people met me there for me to get my bag. Amazing. Stress free . To get to it's alright when you know where you're going it's only really 20 mins walk from the train station/ marina.. I'd probably advise a taxi first time round unless you're a proper navigator haha ( still haven't figured out Google maps). Anyway long story short, no complaints whatsoever. I'll definitely go back! Very very good value for money. Toilets are enough for amount of guests, rooms are comfy and location is really good.

The lady working there and checking us in was quite rude whenever we encountered her... not sure why. Also, would be good to have separate bathrooms for women, considering they have a lot of long-term, old men stayers there.

Nice property with bar, pool hall below. The accommodation had sufficient (though all in the same room so you can get dressed a bit wet or flash everyone) showers and toilets. Bright airy spacious room with comfortable beds. Good-sized terrace with loungers, chairs and drying line. Great location for bus station. Owner very nice.

I paid for a private room as I don’t sleep too well while listening to other people being very loud. So being sandwiched between a group of Spanish students drinking and going between each other’s rooms until midnight whilst listening to the bars clients directly below my window until 1.30am left me feeling like I didn’t get what I paid for.

Spacious room Well-equipped kitchen Nice terrace with a range of seating and sun shelter. Nice bathrooms (one full bathroom with toilet and shower then two cublice showers and two cubicle toilets).

Some of the staff seemed a bit unfriendly (not the man who greeted me, he was very nice). Check in was a bit slow initially, I and stood for a long time with no one greeting me or saying that they would be with me in a few minutes (there were two people in the room). Dog came in every morning with the cleaner and weed all over the balcony.
