A very clean and comfortable stay. We had a double room with en-suite, very big spacey room with TV, hairdryer, clothes rack, toiletries and big towels. Easy self check in. Very quiet. 2 small balconies, with tables, you could sit out at (only problem - only 1 chair to sit on) Fairly well equipped kitchen too. Well labelled fridge directions, each room allocated a shelf. Right on the bus station and near promenade, big supermarkets.

Only 1 plastic seat to sit outside on outside at any of the balconies that had tables. Only 2 seats and small table to eat at in kitchen. No room for anyone else to eat and no extra chairs. We were only ones there, so not a problem, but if busy - where do you eat? Also induction hob with no instructions. It took ages for us to work out. (we have used induction hob before but this one seemed to need unlocked.) We have stayed at places where they had an easy to use instruction sheet on wall.

Had the top room so easy access to the balcony for the view exactly as shown above. It´s very convenient, and at end of November very quiet, for much of the time think I was the only person there.

Would have liked a table in my room, which had space for one, although you nearly tripped over the bed when you opened the door. A kettle, in the kitchen area downstairs would have been nice.

Great value, very modern for the price, nice big windows and I even had an unexpected view of the sea/marina from my room. Access to a shared balcony was nice too. Good to have heating in the room as I stayed during a cold snap in November. I only stayed one night and didn't use the communal facilities so can't comment on those, but the room was great! Useful to be very near the bus station for travelling to Faro airport too.

If I was staying longer, it would be good to have some chairs for the balcony and the inner courtyard, as I couldn't see any. Pillows on the bed could have been better too, they were a bit lumpy.

The room, the kitchen and the Guest House is clean. The shower is good. It is near the bus station and the old town. I booked the twin room as it seems has a balcony with sea view. No balcony and no sea view from the room. The manager provided a double room, thanks! Sea view is from the terrace, I had my breakfast on the terrace a couple of times, nice. I forgot my favorite comb in the room. Hope I could get it back. Thanks!

So close to everything: shops, the beach, restaurants were all in walking distance. They owner was absolutely incredible. My sister forgot her passport and he met me at the bus station to return it to us. Wait above and beyond hospitality! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Lagos.

It was perfect!

There needs to be maintenance of the shower in room 2, water gushes out of the stem. There are tables without chairs on the terrace and in the kitchen.. you need to sit to eat. Other reviews have said this but needs action

The location was good for arriving by train, short walk to the old town centre , river bars and restaurants. I liked having the seperate entrance and my own key to my private room .I would stay again if visiting Lagos

Nothing everything was good no complaints .

The staff was super kind and trustworthy, location was great, central, close to the bus and train station, marina, still quiet and not too touristy. There was heating, which was necessary during the cold November nights.

Fabulous location ( close to train and downtown), not much uphill, kitchen on ground floor, immaculately clean, best room heater I have seen so far. Heat bed and shower. If I ever come back this is where I will stay! And the price is amazing.
