Great value for money. Very close to the beach, easy to walk there daily and also with a swimming pool available for the lazy days or a quick dive after the beach. AC available which was a life saver! Dedicated parking is great in a place where parking can be challenging at times.

Some things are a little dated (white goods for example), but all working and usable. Shame for the lack of BBQ, but good restaurants and take away nearby to compensate.

Located very near the center and the beach. The car stay parked in the garage all the time. It's a place only two floors and parking (on the -1 ), the access we may go trough stairs or lift. Cleaning and changing of towels was done frequently. On the back, a garden with palm trees a yard and a good pool

TV with 4 chanels, only. Very very poor wi-fi signal, was not possible use my laptop, even the mobiles, sometimes.

EVERYTHING WAS REALY NICE, WONDERFUL AND CONFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY, NEAR THE BEACH AND GOOD RESTAURENTS.

COMMUNICATION: AT THE ENTRENCE WE WOULD LIKE THE PERSON AT THE RECEPTION DESK TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH OR FRENCH.

Lovely big flat, with huge balcony, adequate kitchen, and pool (we didn’t use). Secure parking.

Difficult to find - we had to ring reception and even then, drove in the back.

Room cleaning and The pool, except it damage my bikinis

the water in the pool turns the white bathing suits into green yellow. and the lining of men's shorts, which are white, turn yellow and green. 4 broken bathing suits. The pool has few sun loungers, due to the number of customers. The kitchen had few utensils, do not dye wooden spoons.

The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the lift was not working. But a large storm had just gone through and perhaps this is what caused the issue. Perhaps supply washing up liquid so that guests can do the washing up before leaving.

Great location, the apartment has everything you need to do self catering if that’s your wish. Really good value for the money

Great studio apartment in a great location. Manta Rota is a great little town and apartment situated a two minute walk from the Main Street down to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants and shops all close by and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the sandy beach. Apartment was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities and the bathroom was a very good size. Had a nice size balcony that overlooked the pool area and surrounding countryside. Check-in was very easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. All the staff we met were very friendly. Pool area is cleaned every day, plus during our stay they cleaned the apartment and gave fresh towels and made the bed.

Looks like the pool floor has been retiled but the sides and steps need doing. Apart from that the pool was very clean and a nice size.

Location was perfect. Easy parking and studio was of good size and very well equipped. Quiet place. Nice restaurants around and close supermarket.

The swimming pool was green and didn´t look clean at all. Surely the filters or something was not working quite right. It looked so bad that we didn´t swim on it.

Everything was wonderful, except for WiFi. Great mattress, garage parking space, large bathtub, fluffy towels, dishes and cookware were much appreciated.

WiFi kept going in and out. Impossible to maintain a stable connection.
