Lovely boutique private hotel accessible from behind electronic gates. Obviously new building and very well designed . Probably 10 to 12 rooms with the main entrance way forming main part of the building. Our room was of good size and layout has been well thought out with big wardrobes, plenty of space , wall sockets, decent TV, healthy snacks provided as well as the some nicer shower gels etc so has those small touches that bigger hotels dont bother with .Only 2? other couples staying at the same time so felt very private and we stayed a couple of nights just to relax away from other tourists. No painfull check in just a nice meet and greet welcome from Silvia . There are a few other areas in the main building, a big terrace at the top which is presumably used for yoga in busier times and a nice upper room which we used to do a bit of work in , nice 360 views from here. An upper balcony seating area faces out across the pool area , again very well designed with some some comfy chairs etc. Main entry way is a huge room with the impressive staircase etc which while under used on hot days would be a great socialising area in the winter months. The pool area has some decent comfy sunbeds and faces out giving a decent view of the countryside. Off the pool area is the kitchen / indoor /outdoor restaurant area . As everyone says breakfast was very good , just like their pictures on the website plus a selection of yogurts , ham, cheese plus 20 different healthy super food toppings. also extras like pancakes, scramble eggs were offered. Staff were very friendly and obviously take pride in their food , hotel and looking after their guests. We didn't partake in lunch or dinner but there was a snack menu for during the day and a pre arranged dinner if you wanted . We also did not do the yoga/activities that seems to be a point of staying here but no pressure felt despite it being offerred..

This was our fourth visit offering, as always, an excellent location with a well furnished and comfortable room. Our balcony looked out over the garden down to the sea. Very helpful staff, marvellous breakfasts, easy parking, and speedy WiFi. Beach, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

There was a lot going on in the world whilst we were there, and the TV was very small with poor reception.

Good breakfast choice , continental and English plus pastries etc. Lovely views to sea and pool area from our suite. Nice quiet location with easy access to beach through the dunes. Nice easy boardwalks along the beach to other areas too. 2 pools on site , 1 for hotel and 1 for apartments although you can use either. Hotel in a quiet location which we liked as we had a car to visit other locations. Has 1 on site restaurant and a couple of snack bars within walking distance .

Hotel room a little dated but didn't affect our stay.

Location good, almost on the beach ! Nice swim pool. Good breakfast and nice staff ! Comfortable bed !

Unfortunately it is dated, bathroom, though everything works, is old. Toilet seat the cheapest plastic. The place could do with a refurb. But we had a nice time here.

We got a very hard bed but after asking for a extra madrass it was much better. We are pleased with the effort and the quick response from the staff.

Good location, lots of parking and friendly staff… especially the gentleman at the breakfast buffet was extremely nice and always making sure everyone was happy. I’m a very picky person and I can tell rooms were very clean.

I didn’t like the fact of the bath towels only getting changed twice a week. there was a water leak from ceiling and was never fixed so ceiling parts were always on the floor and was gross. No elevator or helpers to carry bags upstairs. rooms are VERY old

No access to cold drinking water in the hotel. We visited ultimo May, so off season, but still a shame that kitchen in the snackbar was closed at 18.45.

Reception staff did not have great knowledge of area - often unable to answer questions In times when people often travel with minimal luggage it would have been good to have towels available for pool area Rooms comfortable but a little dated

Good, varied breakfast & very close to a beautiful beach. Plenty of parking on site. Nice grounds with swimming pool & easy access to the beach.

The restaurant was closed & it was a bit far from other restaurants. Hotel slightly old fashioned.

The location is great - right in front of the beach, accessing the walkway connecting to Altura beach on one side, and to Manta Rota beach on the other. The breakfast is great - fresh orange juice, great coffee and a selection of eggs, bread, etc. The room was spacious and the mattress was confortable.

The information given at the desk is poor. It's almost like the person doesn't know the surrounding area. The hotel is in a place where you have to bike or ride a car to the nearest restaurant or bar. Not much is happening around, if you fancy a drink or dinner out.
