The location, the staff, breakfast is excellent, the decoration

The room was above the bar, after the bar closure some noisy customers remained outdoors, making unpleasant noise

Great location. Very central and close to everything but also very quiet so no outside noise. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. Had a very chilled out atmosphere because it’s a smaller hotel. The staff were amazing, they were so kind and attentive and always happy to help. You can tell they care a lot about doing a good job. A huge reason that I would return to this property is how wonderful the staff were.

Breakfast food wasn’t kept very warm. Pool could have been a little bit cleaner.

Good design of hotel and rooms 😍 Great location, it's near the center, but quite! Amazing! Very good breakfast, we were glad to have warm food. There's a bar inside of the hotel, which has great cocktails, but don't worry, it doesn't make any noise, we were living just above the bar, and had a great sleep. Also the hotel has a great outdoor area with a swimming pool for guests. Recommend this place. Oh! And one more feature, a coffee machine with capsules in the room!

there are mosquitoes, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows, this would help against mosquitoes. Stale air in the room if you don’t open the balcony or don’t turn on the air conditioning. If the hotel installs mosquito nets to the balcony door, I would definitely come back.

Good location and professional/nice staff. Small but incredible swimmgpool with nice environment. Very good breakfast, especially the bread and croissants were magnificient. Nice dining room. Nice bar service, including in the pool. Very clean.

Just as a sugestion, add more variety at breakfast, eg. more fruit and iogurts. Not being the responsability of the Hotel, all the other people should make less noise when closing the room doors at night.

Small room

- The staff were beyond amazing. Very polite and incredibly friendly. In particular a gentleman called 'Antonio' in the restaurant. Nothing was too much for him. He was very attentive and always served with a smile :) -The room was big enough and the bathroom was spacious - I was very pleased to see tea/coffee making facilities in the room - The meals were delicious. Although there were few options to pick from, I found the food to be sufficient and tasty. And I felt it helped minimised wastage. I could have a full English or continental breakfast and dinner was always hot with the option of a 3 course meal served as a buffet style. - The acoustic entertainment in the bar was fantastic on Saturday night, a chilled and relaxing vibe

- The coat hangers were dusty - Few ants on the bathroom floor - There doesn't appear to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so the steam would often go into the room and cause condensation - The ambience in the restaurant could be better by playing some quiet music in the background at dinner times -The walls are not sound proof, although this didn't bother me. - The biggest negative was the TV. It was difficult to get a channel that actually worked :(

From Faro airport you can get there by bus. Hotel is located on the second line. Absolutely incredible breakfast and good coffee. The room was clean. I am sincerely grateful for the early check in, because my road to Monte Gordo was 27 hours ❤️ I'll be back ❤️

When you comes in winter I recommend take good pajamas. There is no heating in Portugal, only air conditioning.

The location was brilliant and the view from my balcony was wonderful. The staff we extremely and professional from the reception staff through to the cleaning staff, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in when visiting Monte Gordo.

There was nothing to dislike or complain about. Everything was in good order

Great location. Easy accommodation with dog. Phenomenal breakfast. Nice little patio outside our room which was great for the dog. Good TV in the room.

Very uncomfortable beds; super hard & could feel every spring/board. Bathroom had great water pressure but with no vent, everything was soaked. The walls and floors were wet. No counter space near sink to spread out makeup or toiletries.

Breakfast was very with plenty of choice. Location was perfect for restaurants & walking to the beach. Staff spoke very good English, were friendly & helpful. The one evening meal we had was very good & exceptional value. Room was also very comfortable with very efficient shower. Extra blankets were supplied on request.
