Unique privacy , great staff ,fast to respond and helpful and politr laidback in the good way ,no stress if u order a coffe to pay right away etc like most any other room service if you do not charge to room nice ,and very central dont be fooled by beeing across the river from Lisboa , a 25 min car ride and u r in the very center also just a 2 min walk to buses both direct and local

nothing ive spent a good 4 months tis year in all from 5 star to hole in the wall , and this is by far the best

Mood hotel is a fun experience - the whole design gives a feeling of a secret, sexy getaway: private garage parking, room service through anonymous service doors, the decor and jacuzzi bath, etc. The location was close enough to Lisbon to make it easy to go back and forth, but far from the hustle of the city, and great value for money

The only thing that I would have added is a place to charge electric cars at the hotel itself (or if there was one, I didn't see it). But there are shopping centers nearby with chargers so it's not too difficult.

The room aesthetics are beautiful. Checking in was a breeze. The location is far from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get there within 40 mins

The bathtub was not clean and I had to clean it twice but I think the vent was not clean above and was contaminating the water and room service took over 3 hours

The place is organized for poeple who ask for confidentiality. No loby. You don’t have contact with the staff. All the communication is via intercom whill respondant don’t speak proper English.
