Staff, property, location everything was great.

The Uber driver dropped us off at the furhhest gate, with only cobblestonned pathway, which was very difficult to get our suitcases up to the top. Can I suggest the property provide a gate number or name to give to the uber driver for drop off. Annabella at reception showed us the pathway and gate on the map which was easy enough to take our luggage down. Thank you.

This small hotel was converted from a historical building with its historical charms. The included breakfast was simple yet decent. The onsite staffs are friendly.

This hotel is located at the northern end of the walled town, it needs a bit of walk from the main entrance, car is not accessible. We send several messages to the management before check-in but didn't get any replies. Understood that this is a historical accommodation but the interior can be more updated and with better lighting. Our room is ok but the bathroom has no window nor exhaust fan, has no space for putting anything, and the bath tub is in awful condition. The wifi is very weak and is virtually not useable.

Fabulous location right next to the castle within the wall! It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the car so be prepared. The accommodation was lovely. They did a great job of keeping the original house intact yet having modern bathrooms etc. Raquel was great, she does everything and does it well! She advised us about other towns to see on our travels and gave us a terrific history lesson! Breakfast was a nice buffet. We walked on the wall early morning and it was amazing. The village is fun to stroll through and enjoy the architectural features.

The location of the property is ideal! We were within walking distance to everything. The castle, all the restaurants and stores. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We enjoy the breakfast although the breakfast room was a little small and felt a little too close to your neighbor. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

There is no parking at the property so that was challenging lugging suitcases through cobblestone streets in the rain. It was about a 10 minute walk to the parking lot.

A beautiful old house filled with beautiful things right in the centre of Obidos. A joy to stay in. The rooms were spacious and everything provided. Lovely breakfast in an even lovelier breakfast room. And welcoming, couldn’t-do-enough for you staff. SO glad we stayed here. A highlight of our trip.

Nothing. It was perfect. The location in this medieval village made parking and hiking in with luggage a little difficult, but we expected that and it wasn’t as hard as anticipated.

Charming! The village of Obidos is lovely to experience.

No parking inside the village. There is free parking just outside the walls, then a 5-10 min walk up & down cobblestone streets to hotel. Hotel has little stairways up & down to rooms. We left our roller suitcase in the car and took our overnight luggage in backpack & shoulder bag to hotel.

The house was a very cool old place that had been extensively added on to. It had a very nice private patio that we were not able to use due to rain. The location was close to the castle and restaurants. It was across town from the drop-off point for busses, so it was a fairly long baggage drag. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast tables had tall borders that were easy to hit with your legs/knees, so every morning 1 or more people slopped coffee all over the table.

Inside walled city. Charming property, interesting rooms. Good coffee, okay breakfast. Staff had good English and were very friendly and helpful.

Despite being told they had parking received message day of arrival parking not available and to park in public lot. Parked overnight in paid parking lot by main gate. Car broken into and luggage stolen. Not unique problem to this property, but be warned.

We arrived early but the lady allowed us to check in and leave our bags. The house is a traditional guest house full of traditional pictures and furniture. There is a very nice quiet court yard with tables and chairs. The room was a little compact but it was clean and comfortable with a hot shower. There property is at the top of the town next to the wall. There are plenty of places to eat in the town.

Beautiful place, within medieval city walls. It has an amazing character outside and inside. Very nice staff. Always eager to help and converse.

It was cold and it was raining and the room doesn’t have heating so it was cold to sit there but at night it was ok with extra blanket. And there was no internet in the room only in reception. Very basic breakfast but filling.
