This cozy boutique hotel has a lot of old world charm, though it can be noisy of other guests are being loud or kids crying. I had a room that faced the street, so the noise from the street can be loud as well if there are a lot of people/tourists on the main street through the medieval section. The room had wood floors, a beautiful antique dresser with with mirror and the bathroom had the beautiful blue Portuguese tile, with a deep soaking tub. The hotel is located in the middle of the main street, so easy walking distance to the castle, shops and restaurants.

The staff at the front desk were not friendly, actually seemed grumpy and inconvenienced by my checking in. I stopped in less than an hour before the check-in time just to see if perhaps my room was already ready. The young man at the front desk had no personality and seemed annoyed that I would ask such a question. So, I went and got a late lunch and went back to check in around 3:30. Now there was an older man (50's) at the front desk and he was even more grumpy than the last guy. The breakfast staff was more friendly as well as the woman who checked me out the next day. The included breakfast is very minimal, so I don't recommend that.

Obidos - very nice place - recommend to vist. The accomodation is right in the old city centre. Very nice hotel with historical image and decorations. Big bathroom Room decorated with old inscriptions

Tiny room Parking around hotel not possible - it is in old city centre. We parked cca 300m from the hotel - you need to carry the luggage. Another possibility is to park in bigger parking area, but it is even father. There should be a possibility to come to your hotel, but it is in the very historical heart of Obidos - the streets are very narrow.

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Location is super central, in Óbidos' main street. Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. It's an honest 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was prebooked in 30 min slots but at 9 am when we went it was bit to full pf people so it was hard to get the food. Also the toaster is useless. The portable AC in the room was good but very noisy and you need make sure the water deposit is in the correct place otherwise it'll flood the room. Due to it's super central location, you can't park close to the hotel.

breakfast was served @ a different property as it was a tuesday? just a few moments walk, no problem. BUT, it was available for one hour, 9-10am. 2 thoughts…that is a really short window & way too late to begin breakfast. & honestly, it was nothing special.

Lovely hotel in a unique setting. Very calm in the evenings when the tourists are all gone, and you can enjoy the medieval city for yourselves, walk the walls in the sunset, and enjoy delicious food - got some good sleep! Breakfast is ok

Breakfast is basic, but ok. The breakfast area is a bit dark in the souterrain of the hotel - could have been nicer to set it up in the adjacent bigger room with the windows.

The hotel is located in the central shopping street of Óbidos. I really liked the fact that the rooms were themed (I got the Room of Love!), which added a nice personal touch to the stay. I also appreciated the fact that the room had a heater and the bathroom had a heating rod, which made it very easy to dry clothes overnight. The manager was very helpful and booked a taxi for me for the following morning.

The lift wasn’t working, so if you have a lot of luggage to carry and are on one of the upper floors, it can be slightly taxing.

The rooms are better than expected and the hotel is a quality renovated small hotel in a beautiful tourist orientated site. The village is quaint and has restaurants and many tourist shops. The area is very old and requires a lot of walking to get around.

The hotel is very hard to find and drive to and google maps is not your friend. We drove to obidos and the access to the old city area is difficult and lots of walking is required or you need to be a very good driver to negociate the extremely narrow streets to get near the hotel.

Located right on the main street that leads up to the festival area around the castle, this hotel has a lot of charm with its beautifully decorated rooms and painted walls.

Breakfast in a very warm room could have been so much better with small improvements, like placing cold cuts and dairy products in the fridge.

The location of Rainha Santa Isabel Hotel was fantastic. It's located on Rua Direita within the historic walls of Óbidos. The room was no frills but was comfortable. The bed was surprising comfortable, not the very firm mattress that usually are in Portuguese hotels. Breakfast was a buffet consisting mostly pastries, yogurt and fruit. They also had a self-service machine for coffee, hot chocolate and hot water for tea.

Fantastic location, comfortable room that looked very clean. The breakfast was decent as well. They give you a code to go back in after the doors are closed at 23.

We thought there would be a parking spot or at least they would tell us where we could park. We almost got towed parking on the road that runs along the wall.
