The property is in an excellent location for pedestrian access to Obidos . It also provides parking spaces and very quick access to the A8, allowing you to get to Lisbon within an hour. This was important to us as this was our final stay and we needed to return to the airport first thing in the morning. The little garden was great to sit in with a drink in the early evening.

A little sink would be nice in the kitchen as we were uncomfortable about leaving dirty dishes on a trolley. A kettle as well as a coffee machine would have made it easier to make a decent cup of teas

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the ancient city, making it very convenient. You can reach a supermarket within ten minutes on foot, which is handy for purchasing daily necessities. The public areas of the accommodation are quite comfortable,

The public kitchen areas of the accommodation are quite comfortable, but the lack of a water tap in the restaurant feels quite inconvenient. The rooms are rather small, with limited space for storing belongings.

The accommodation was secured with a code which is great when you are a solo traveller. The room was of reasonable size, bed comfortable and good bathroom. Air conditioning was working well. A bottle of water was offered and left on the side table. The property is made of a few rooms that share a downstairs lounge and kitchen facilities if you want to eat in instead of going to restaurant all the time. It is located @800m from the village which is a nice walk. There is plenty free parking next to the property. The person managing the property communicates details on date of arrival via WhatsApp and if you need to contact him he will respond within 15min of you making contact.

The only constructive feedback would be on the directions to the property. The SatNav/GPS does not take you straight to the property. And when you finally reach the place it is not obvious as it is not clear that you have arrived. I would suggest that the name is more visible on the gate. If you were to arrive at night time it might not ge easy to find it.

The location was good, not super close but not too far, but this time we were with a car and there are a lot of parking spaces on the street nearby. The room was okay, not super spacious but not super small. Everything was clean and the other guests were very nice.

Communication with the owners to request the code, they took longer to answer it. No kitchen sink and no electric kettle, so we had to use our bathroom sink to clean our baby's milk bottle. As it is hostless check-in and check-out there are no way to leave the luggage there before check-in or after check-out.

The location was decent, parking was nice and plenty, the room was clean and spacious enough to feel comfortable.

Kinda expected higher quality conditions, especially for the price and location. But overall Portugal has way higher rates than other countries so this is not something focused on this booking. Felt the need for a desk or work space, especially considering it was a deluxe double room, might be something good for Acqua to improve in offering.

A wonderful, modern facility next to the aqueduct and a close walk to the walls/city. The room and the shared kitchen were immaculate. The shower had a strong waterflow, and there were water bottles in the room. The AC worked great.

Two things. The bed was quite soft and it seemed like I was sleeping in a bit of a hole, but maybe that was because it was soft. Also, there was no shampoo or conditioner.

A place with great potential, looks relatively new and location perfect with a short walk to the center. Easy check-in and the common kitchen is a plus. The room and bathroom are small but ok for a short stay.

No shower gel or shampoo. Really? Room was very small, not much room for luggage. No safe The place is well outside the city. Anyone without a car could find the distance daunting. The neighborhood was, let's say, unattractive.

Very clean. Looked brand new. Easy to park. Close to supermarket/cafeteria. Checkout at 12:00.

Information (codes to enter) on check in was delivered exactly at check in time without notification to expect notification at check in time. We walked around trying to enter the property without a success. Needs to state clearly early early that: ACCESS CODES WILL BE DELIVERED JUST BEFORE CHECKING IN. This way one can prepare.

Great check in and out - we arrived late and left early and didn't see staff at all :) - great communication. Super nice small hotel, right in front of the aqueduct. Not far away from the center, easy street parking. Would recommend.

No kettle in the kitchen, but there's microwave. Hard to adjust sink faucet because of the mirror. And as a suggestion (not the negativity) - small shelf with shampoo in the shower would be great.
