First of all, the location is great - right next to the beach, a wonderful view from the terrace, you can not only watch the waves but also listen to their roar. The apartments themselves are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped, there were all the necessary dishes and utensils. Clean, bright and spacious - we were very satisfied. We also need to praise the staff for their care and attention throughout the stay. Of course, small gifts also make us feel good. We are grateful for the tickets to the international chocolate festival in Obidos, because we would not have known and might not have gone there ourselves. Very good value for money...

To be honest, maybe it's just the weather for a few days :)

All equipped and spacious and amazing views.

Our 2 bed C02 apartment was on ground floor about 2 metres from edge of pool so it was a bit noisy with kids and early morning swimmers. The management ( very helpful Andrea) explained on check out some families love this as they can keep an eye on kids in pool from balcony. Our teenager who is a sun worshipper loved it as he jumped over for a dip to cool off while sunbathing! They use a brill WhatsApp which you can use to book tables or the free shuttle service around the development and to neighbouring West Cliffs. Golf courses were good and staff there lovely too.

Friendly staff, check in was easy and the rooms were big and the ocean view spectacular. Room service changed towels and sheets every second day.

A number of the TV sets in the rooms either didnt work or had been removed.

The views from the main floor were beautiful - the beach and surf, and sunsets! The kitchen layout was top notch, no complaints there. We were an end unit so it was quieter from neighbors than it might have been. The Mare restaurant was just above the unit and was really beautiful. We had a drink there and the views were fantastic!

The air conditioning did not work when we first checked in, but maintenance fixed it the next day. The downstairs bedroom (that’s the one with a beach view) was set up as 2 twins rather than a double bed and it also did not have a tv in it. The “master suite” on the main level is in the back with absolutely no view but does have a tv! The better bathroom (double sinks) is also downstairs. They need to set up the downstairs bedroom as a double and have a tv in that room.

Great property - large, well equipped Outstanding view on the ocean Front desk arranged us a great surf class for the kids in Peniche. There is a nice fish restaurant, which was open in the evening.

Aircon and front door needs fixing. Given it was October : they close pretty much all facilities, but the golf. Ie go shopping beforehand, or you’ll end up driving 25 minutes to the next decent grocery store. The tennis is not run, nor any other activities at the resort or the beach.

Location was amazing and the amount of room we had was much needed, we really enjoyed the West Cliffs golf course as well. Additionally the staff was super nice.

The sound between the beachfront units was pretty glaring. We could hear whenever our neighbors moved chairs. We could hear their kids running and talking and crying.

Great place, great views, great golf courses. Fully equipped kitchen, there even was a teapot.

The mini market and the restaurant next to our apartment were closed because we stayed during the low season. Understandable, still a bit sad.

Wonderful view of beach - crashing waves all time we were there. Access to beach by foot good.

Lack of instructions regarding cooking facilities ie we did not notice or were to told that hob top was Induction. One of party had a Pace Maker and are warned to keep a distance from these. Help was given very quickly by staff member

Excellent location and wonderful buffet breakfast! We wished we could have stayed longer, but we were travelling all the way back to Cambrils on the east coast, so could only stay one night. Unfortunately, it was foggy & raining while we were there, so we were not able to enjoy the pool or the beach. Another time, we hope!

We had our 90 year old mom with us and she uses a walking stick. The stairs in the townhouse were difficult for her, but since we only stayed one night, were manageable. There were 2 bedrooms upstairs and one large one in the downstairs (basement) level. Also, the only item missing in the large upstairs bedroom was a comfortable chair to sit in or put our clothes on, other than that the view was great. There was also a light out in each of the upstairs bathrooms, so the lighting was not adequate. There were ants in the kitchen area.

Very friendly and informative reception staff. Easy access to beach and pool and not very crowded. Nice spacious villa with stunning views. Good restaurants.

The A/C should be on when guest arrive. It was too hot inside on arrival and it took quite long for the house to cool down. We had ants on the floor in the kitchen coming through from the entrance door.
