The hotel staff is very friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks for assisting me with an item I forgot at the hotel – they helped arrange its return without any delay. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is very clean and well maintained. The room also includes a kitchen with basic cooking equipment, which was very convenient. A pleasant stay and a positive experience overall!

I have no major complaints. It would just be helpful if the kitchen included a sponge and some dishwashing liquid for cleaning the dishes – although you can easily buy everything you need at a nearby grocery store.

1) The location has a good on cliff walk, part of the Fisherman's Trail, starting at the front door going east to a fishing port. Also can walk into Sagres. 2) Sea view room on upper floor facing west for the cliffs, fort and sunset through large glass doors and a dining balcony. 3) Accommodation a rustic-style.apartment with separate bedroom and spacious bathroom (with bidet), and well equipped (pans & cutlery) small kitchen including oven. Individual hot water tank. 4) Fairly elegant reception area, white marble floors and stairs. Fast elevator. Friendly greeting from Jose, always helpful. Large parking area. 5) Very quiet, relaxing countryside-feeling. A place where you wish you could stay longer.

We found this place because we were looking for something cheaper than other places: this was the right choise. This Is and Hotel with some small apartaments inside: you get everything you Need also forniture and small kitchen, the beds were so Amazing and comfortable. It's located on the highest part of Sagres, really windy but tactical for movements in best places of Algarve. The Staff was so gently with us.

This could be easely a 5 star hotel for the location and the structure but it is not. It's everything a little bit "old" (but functional) and It could be so more attention on the cleaning. If your looking for a modern place it's not for you, but if you could look over the estetich you will not be disappointed.

This isn't a hotel, it's a museum. If you're looking for comfort or something luxurious, this hotel definitely isn't for you. But if you want to experience a trip back in time, this hotel is perfect. I really liked this hotel because of its unchanged environment. I think they should advertise themselves as a hotel-museum, then there wouldn't be any complaints. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant reception staff. Everything is great if you're prepared for the fact that it's a very, very old and unrenovated hotel. Great view from the window - sea view.

I wanted to turn on the kettle, and it tripped the electrics :D Good thing the fuse box is in the room, so you can turn it back on yourself. It could be a little cleaner.

Despite it is old fashioned hotel everything is perfect, very clean and tidy. Location, but it is my fault, didn’t check that it’s windy area, but we had car so it’s fine. And it’s fine for surfers

Staff were very welcoming, room was spacious and clean with a lovely view out to sea.. The hotel has a rustic charm that fits the vibe of the area nicely. Short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and shops. We had no issues with 24 hour check in as we arrived around midnight and had to check out around 2am. Reasonable selection of pastries and cold meats and cheese for breakfast.

Being an older hotel, the soundproofing isn't perfect. You can hear other guests in adjacent rooms moving furniture etc. Not much of an issue when we stayed, but during peak season, when the hotel is busy, it may be a problem for some.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, but we were satisfied with everything — the room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Breakfast was great too ☺️ We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel staff — both receptionists helped me call an ambulance when I was suddenly struck by severe pain and felt faint. Thank you. And also for helping my husband arrange the return of the rental car, and for the snack and coffee for him. We are grateful for the help and thankful that everything turned out well.

We spent a week at the hotel during our vacation. What we liked the most was the ocean view from our window and the spaciousness of the room. The hotel isn’t the newest, but the old furniture gives it a certain charm. For us, the stay was satisfying. The value for money is, in my opinion, very good. The hotel is located close to the center of Sagres, but since it’s on a hill, it’s quiet and peaceful.

The retro, old school 70s vibe was cute. Excellent price performance, since our stay was on the budget during our hike on Fisherman’s trail. The views from and around hotel were spectacular. Had a goodnight sleep, the beds were really comfy. It was great to have a kitchen as well. i recomend and would for sure return again. Very nice and kind staff working in the recption

Very large apartment rooms. Great sea views and big openable windows for sea air. The beds were comfortable, with options for more or less covering. Close to shops and restaurants. It was clean and staff were friendly. For us, it was a great place for a 2 night stay to recharge after the fisherman's trail hike. Price wise, cannot complain.

The hotel is an old one. Our bathroom smelt of bad water (we kept the door closed). Lots of things are worn out but usable.
