Excellent location, within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and provided a full range of options.

We stayed in a room that had self-catering facilities. Whilst we could cook a meal on two rings, unfortunately there was insufficient knives and utensils to be able to prepare food. After we complained some extra items did arrive, but we had to request twice for a sharp preparing knife.

Great location and very clean. Staff were nice and helpful . Good selection for breakfast. The hotel is just behind the bay of Sao martinho do Porto and everything is easy accessible. We went end of October so it was quiet and not a lot of tourists around.

Our second day had a limited breakfast but they put this right immediately when we mentioned it.

Maybe having more amenities like an iron. There is only two irons for all the guests so if people are using it and your need to iron your clothes you can’t. With packing , it’s normal that your clothes get wrinkled.

The hotel is lovely with friendly staff . It’s a great location and it’s always clean .

Update the coffee machine as it’s not very nice coffee however, after breakfast we used to go around the corner to Novo Sabor which was great 👍🏻

Quick access to the city and the beach alike, proximity to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was quite good too.

Minor: The parking situation around the hotel when we were there was a little dire during the day, it is easier to find space to park in the evening.

The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and abrupt upon arrival. She told us no check in till 3:30pm. I shared the emails I'd received and booking.com confirmation for 3pm which eventually warmed her up but surprised she is client facing in a hotel.

Great location near the beach

We were cycling the Atlantic velo route and reached sao martinho around 2:20pm, but receptionist at check in insisted on 3:30 check in time…. Just a bit inconsiderate to cyclists who can’t predict arrival times… and hotel didn’t appear full

We had corner room on the top floor with a slight view of the ocean, Very clean, bright, updated room. We stayed one night and had a wonderful fresh fish dinner along the boardwalk. We found parking easily on the street.

Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice but not a deal breaker

Comfortable, quiet hotel at excellent location. Good breakfast. Adequate parking in the neighborhood.

Not much. Space in bathroom a bit limited. Breakfast could may start 30 minutes earlier.

Great room, bed and shower. Also a perfect location.

Breakfast selection could have been wider. No bacon and eggs one day as it had all gone by 9:15.
