Ok location (20 min walk from the center), free parking on the street (not official), spa is good and included in the price, breakfast was amazing. Also it has pool table and stylish reataurant with a garden overlooking the old city.

Blankets are without sheets (I don't know how it's called) but you basically have sheet just underneath the blanket, so if you move in your sleep you soon find yourself covered with unwashed blanket. Also dental kit could be expected in a 4 star hotel.

Not easy to park your car nearby. Also, In such a beautiful location, with an outdoor pool and a dinning restaurant with a stunning view, it's a bit disappointing having the breakfast in another space, with not much day light, (no-window), low space and obviously noisy. However, the staff is super nice and helpful, and allows you to take the food to the tables next to the pool (so it's a good alternative if you don't mind carrying food from the buffet to the pool, I highly suggest taking the breakfast food outside)

1st room we received with several issues: fridge broken, phone broken, blow drier broken, sink plugged. Requested another room for next day, everything working, however the matress and pillows were horrendous! Not up to a 4 star hotel, more like 1 star. The pillows were very old and cheap, the linen were very old and cheap, and the mattress was hard as a rock and unleveled. Will need chiropractic after the visit! Yikes! No spa services on site: ie massage- at another location, which deceiving.

The food was delicious & amazing value for money. The staff in the restaurant were really lovely. We loved the view from our roll & from the indoor pool / spa. We found the location quiet & easy to access the town & the North beach .

The changing facilities in the spa / pool were slightly run down.

Junior suite very comfortable and beautiful view. Good and various breakfast Good position. Staff kindly and welcoming.

to go to the pool you must to walk through a cool corridor. this also makes the spa area temperature not very warm. pool water is warm, not hot. on the second day we found the Turkish bath turned off and not working. on the first day it was not particularly hot

Lastly, I must acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff.

Breakfast had lots of choices and all fresh. Pool facilties were clean and jacuzzi etc. Room was clean and view was lovely.

The bed had a duvet without covers, and the bed had two layers of bedding with a protective sheet in between. Almost like they could take if one layer for the next guests to sleep on. I asked for a double bed, and we had 2 singles pushed together.

Location was good and quite ( better than in downtown in the city if you don't mind a steep downhill walk to the centre) Maybe we were lucky but had no problem finding a nearby (free) parking space.

Our seaview room allowed us to see a glimpse of the see, but not really what we expected. So the price was high compared to what we got. Location is OK, breakfast also OK although confirm what others mentioned - not a single window so not really a place where you want to stay too long (probably on purpose) such a shame on such a nice spot.

The staff were wonderful, especially the ladies in the breakfast room. The pool and sun deck were lovely and the views were just gorgeous. It is a marvellous place to stay.

The location was difficult to park at due to the busy restaurant next door. There is a parking area for the hotel but it wasn't signposted and was dark at night. The views was wonderful but more rooms with balconies upstairs would be nice, I missed having a balcony. The breakfast was good quality but some variation would have been nice in the offerings .

Beautiful location, stunning views, room was great and so comfortable and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and friendly. Transport was easy enough to arrange and we were 1.8km away from Nazaré beach. We will definitely stay here again.
