The room was small but very comfortable overlooking the ocean. Even though it is very touristy - the room was quiet. The breakfast was really good as was the food served in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The hotel is part of a Restaurant and the name of the restaurant is all you see from the road so it is rather confusing to find. I think they should have a Hotel Oceano sign on the front of the building not just down the side. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Near the ocean for view and sea breeze, convenient to all amenities plus bus and train station, shopping, lighthouse and beaches.

Smoking isn’t permitted in the rooms but smokers use their balcony causing smoke to enter theirs and other rooms having the windows open for the fresh sea breeze. No Smoking on the premises at all would be preferred to allow those staying for the ocean experience not to have to keep windows closed to avoid the toxic smoke entering at all hours.

The location of the hotel is right in the centre of Nazare on the main street. The beds were comfortable. The room was a bit small but we didn't mind. The bathroom on the other hand was spacious and also clean. There's free parking about 15-20 minutes from the hotel near the edge of the town (next to the port) if you don't mind walking. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

We really did not enjoy the breakfast - really basic and not tasty at all. Coffe and orange juice were not good. The view from the hotel room into another building - not much privacy unless you kept the blinds down. But for one night it was okay.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was as described. The mattress and sheets were very comfortable. There was a closet, a fridge, and a desk. We enjoyed the balcony. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The only thing was the wifi didn't work for us. It was on and connected, but would have an "error" any time we tried to use it. We only stayed 2 nights, didn't ask about it until checkout. He was very concerned and said he d have their tech person check it out. Really all we could ask for.

Right on beach, boardwalk, center of all activity with spectacular view. Parking is not a problem as inexpensive 24 hour public parking behind the central market (5 minute walk). Room on second floor avoids the noise of dining room/reception on ground floor. The seaside balcony expands the space of the small room.

The toilet had a constant noisy drip that is in need of repair. Room darkening curtains would be a nice addition as the street light and building lights are directly outside the windows (put a towel over your head if light sensitive!). There is street noise until the restaurants shut down. Then the trash man comes at 0400. If you want silence/solititude this may not be your place. The room itself was freshly updated nicely.

The hotel had an amazing location, right on the Beach Front, in a lovely town. Breakfast was fine, not brilliant but a good choice & plentiful

Restricted storage in the room & parking was a bit of a nightmare, but we did turn up on Dia de Liberdade, so that's our fault really. Although there is no parking and I am sure we put that as a filter, so this is a bit misleading.

The hotel is situated in a perfect spot for someone who wants to enjoy Nazare, It had a very fair cost for the amenities provided at the time we visited. The room was clean and we enjoyed a very good breakfast.

I would change the colour of the curtains in the room that doesn't fit the atmosphere of a seaside stay, with more bright ones to elevate the design of the room. Our room was close to the lift, so it was a little noisy. Of course there are solutions to improve noise insulation.

Best food with delicious fish! The cooking was excellent. Very good behavior and service. Nice location with sea views from restaurant and from the balcony.

The Hotel was right on the front. Brilliant location. We only stayed for 1 night and the room was nice and clean..A twin room with space. The shower was fantastic. Would go back just to use the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is above a very nice restaurant which was very busy. Spoke to people who said the food was really good..Would recommend the hotel.

Nothing was wrong with the room/Hotel.

Everyone was nice especially house keeping. It was a great ocean view and the bed was very comfortable.

Lack of trash cans, really cheap toilet paper, God forbid you have to blow your nose! I could barely squeeze any soap out and no hair conditioner. You have to buy shower shoes or you might fall in the sloped floor shower. The shower is dangerous without pool shoes!
