The bungalow was very clean, and the resort was quiet during the night. I would highly recommend the place for a family stay with 10y old childern and younger.

The pictures are a bit deciving. It is not a very fancy resort. The smoke fume smells all over during the day. I don't know what they are burning, but it was not nice when hanging out in the pool and relaxing on the sunbeds. The bungalows are very close to each other. The place, especially the outside entertainment for the kids (padel, bouncing houses, ect) could really gain a lot from some tlc.

Unfortunately the weather was terrible and that means that most of the resorts activities cannot be enjoyed in rainy weather. This is the kind of place that you NEED good weather to be able to enjoy. The padel courts, volleyball, football, bike riding, outdoor pool and waterpark all depend on good weather and sadly we had to fight the elements to be outdoors. The desserts of the restaurant were also the most disappointing.

Unfortunately the road is very loud even at night so the tents closest are effected. We ate at the restaurant the first night and the food was not good. A shop on site would be handy to get the essentials.

Facilities, staff, location activities for kids. The property is beautiful, breakfast was decent. It is a fun getaway for families in the perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised to see all the fun Halloween decorations!

Being in Portugal and near the beach, you have to expect humidity. Our bungalow needed some repairs to prevent major condensation on windows, which will inevitably lead to mold. Water pressure was very low.

Breakfast was excellent! The staff was wonderful with our children, and made sure we were well taken care of. The programming staff had great activities for our 7 and 4 year old. Even in the off season. You can tell that they care about the children and want to be with families having fun. Our kids want to go back ASAP.

Towels at the pool. We didn’t realize we needed to take our towels from the bungalow, the front desk was helpful and gave us extras. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided in the bungalow - not a huge problem but unexpected when traveling!

I absolutelly loved the glamping tents, they met all our needs, well made, surrounded by the trees. We went there during the season and it was calm and full of attractions. We felt like we don't need to go to Nazaré city center, because we had so much fun in aquapark, outdoor pools, kids dedicated play areas and more. Really unique place, will come back for longer.

The food options could be better, as well it would be nice to order food in restaurant besides the breakfast, lunch and dinner fixed menu.

For children it was very good with swimming pools and playground, we only stayed 1 night.

We arrived with suitcases so climbing the stairs with them was not good at all, the cabin-like room is completely bright at dawn and does not get dark. There was a lot of dust on the bed, there was dust on the top floor looking at the ceiling, I got a lot of allergies.

Everything in general. Great atractions for kids, warm pools, animation was excelent also.

We brought our dog but there was no fence on the porch so she scaped once, also a dog park where she could play would have been nice for a pet friendly resort. Two small children and the dog with no fence on the porch was a lot to handle... There was no oat or almond milk for breakfast, but it had other vegetable milks. The weather was not very good, but that's Nazaré.

We had been there before and we booked another stay because our kids simply loved it! The bungalow was amazing, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff always so nice and friendly! Would highly recommend it to anyone!

The weather could have been better! The resort was amazing anyway, with some indoor activities!

Pools for kids and the fact that kids can navigate alone in the space.

The schedule of restaurant for meals and the fact that there is only one service bar in the whole compound. So people in the container pools have no support bar.
