The property is so welcoming, so cozy, so clean, and just delightful in every way!! We’d like to return with friends and just enjoy the property, spa, pool, and amenities. Our host Igor did a fantastic job of communicating with us prior to our stay, and the ease of checking in after hours was flawless!! We had the most amazing dining experience at Sape, the onsite restaurant. The tuna and octopus dishes were divine, and the service by Tiago was 5-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! And the freshly prepared morning breakfast has lots of options, and also was most enjoyable.

What’s not to love about this property!! 🤷‍♀️ The only recommendation that we might make is to offer a mini-refrigerator in the room.

We arrived in gloomy, rainy weather, which affected our initial impression, and figuring out the entrance and reception area was a bit confusing. The property is located near a restaurant and beauty center also run by the owners, so we weren’t immediately sure where to check in. Once we got settled, we realized the house is ideally located right by the beach, making it perfect for beach lovers and surfers alike. The room itself was very clean and cozy. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic retreat along Portugal’s coast.

We did have an unexpected encounter—a big spider was hiding between the curtains, which gave us a bit of a start.

Uniquely beautiful. The accommodation is very lovingly designed down to the last detail. You feel at home straight away - in the rooms, but also in the lounges. Nothing could be better at breakfast. We particularly liked the pastel de nata, the pancakes and the croissants - haven't eaten any better. There even were different kinds of bread, all very tasty. Igor, the host, is really caring and always there if you need anything. Also all the other people working in the Hotel were incredibly friendly. You feel welcome throughout. If I will be on vacation in this area again, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Although hotel almost sounds wrong as there are only 4 rooms. It's a great place to relax. It is very pretty B&B, very nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very charming garden and patio outside of the house. Room was very speciose and very well decorated with a lot of thoughts of comfortable stay. Our room had two !!! balconies with astonish view of the sun set. The room was bright with many big windows from the ceiling to the floor. Breakfast was served in the speciose dunning room with a big window wall facing to the ocean. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices!!!. Our host Igor was very friendly with great sense of humor. We enjoyed talking to him.

The only thing that we didn't like is that we stood in this place just for 2 nights (due to our plans). If next time we come to this aria we definitely stay longer in this B&B to fully enjoy the house (beautiful seating aria, patio and heating indoor pool) and surrounding aria of beautiful ocean coast with miles of hiking and bicycling trails.

The staff was excellent, the location of our room meant that we had a perfect seaview and could even hear the waves crashing at night, it was excellent. The whole place has a very chill and relaxing vibe with the selected colours and the low volume music, obviously the surrounding towns are nothing to write home about but really this isn't why you come here, you come here to relax and decompress. The last time we went was in 2022, two years ago and the staff still remembered us! How wild is that?

This is completely outside of the Hotel's fault, and more-over, it's actually a feature if you're like me, but it is in the middle of nowhere, nearby towns are very small and don't offer much in the way of entertainment, but again, we were looking for something very low key and chill, so this was great for us.

Great service, friendly staff, comfy room and a nice breakfast! The location and village are great, there are lovely restaurants near by and the landscapes are worth the visit on their own. We were on the sea view balcony room, it exceeded expectations, pictures on the website could be better since we were more than surprised with the unexpected (big) size of the room. We did not use the covered pool but it looked nice and quiet.

Everything was great! If anything I would suggest improving the pictures on the listing of the room, it looks way better in reality than in the pictures

The Joy Beach House is really a great place to stay. The room(Sand) was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and I can't think of one single reason to give this location anything but a ten out of ten rating. We are going back again but this time I went straight to the Joy Beach website to book our room because you can select the exact room you want to stay in plus they have much better photos than Booking.com. They have five rooms all with a different theme and layout.

We went through Booking.com which I have nothing against, but they do not give you the options that are available by going directly to the Joy Beach House website.

Please come. This will surpass yours expectations. The green spots, the honest bar, the room (ours was Folk), each one is different. We were here in Valentine day. The music surrounding all the property. Don't have T.V., don't need :) The staff is great. Another thing. The restaurant.... 5*, please try anything, the octopus plate and the iron beef (500g, for 2 persons) it's amazing. Very well cooked :) Your gonna feel like you are at home.

Wonderful, beautiful place. We stayed in the Sea suite with amazing roof terrace and view. Breakfast was wonderful. In my experience hotel breakfasts in Portugal tend to be simple, with limited choice. This was far better, the usual toasts and cereals and then also pancakes, egg and bacon and fresh orange juice. Friendly staff, free parking just outside. Easy walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The on site cafe, Sapé, had amazing food, probably best place to eat in town. Sao Pedro de Moel is a charming, low key little resort place, feels very untouristed.

I can´t think how this place could possibly be any better.

Welcoming staff, nicely decorated and tasteful ambience music. Spacious and good looking indoor and outdoor areas, with a very original "honesty bar". Rooms are well equipped and the view of the ocean is very beautiful plus. São Pedro is a lovely town, with a very beautiful beach. It is also not far of the well known Nazaré beach, which you can get to via the "Estrada Atlântica", that passes by many of the beaches in the area. Overall it provides very good vibes for a couples getaway!

The Jacuzzi smelled a little too much of chlorine, but maybe it was also just because we went shortly after the water was treated.
