The location was amazing: walking distance to everything. I liked the armoire and the bathroom even had a bidet. The windows were operable and the building was cute as well. Staff were friendly and informative.

For me, the bed was a little bit hard and I couldn't figure out how to use the air conditioner. It wasn't too hot, but I needed some air and the noise from the neighbourhood at night made it difficult to sleep without closed windows. I had earplugs which I eventually employed.

Localized in the center of Leiria so every important point in the city is nearby. Lovely and wonderful night life.

The staff does not speak English or any language other than Portuguese. However, they are very friendly and willing to help. So, despite not knowing the language, you will eventually find a way to understand each other.

Beautiful small hotel in old section of town. Excellent location right near square convenient for getting coffee, snack or meal. Premises very clean.

Only thing was late at night no hot water for shower. But this is actually good as then you will not hear water in pipes late at night.

it is one of those places where you leave the key at reception when leaving (even if no one is there), and try to pick it up and be let in when returning (someone did come to open the door); the building is rather old but that could be viewed as charming

Location was perfect, the building itself either. The stuff was friendly, all the necessary conditioning facilities were at hand, etc. The cleaning was in time and daily.

Wi-Fi was disconnecting from time to time, and it is a strange practice to leave the key from the room at the reception each time we've been leaving. But that is not a MINUS, rather a bit confusing feature.

The is very clean. The security at the hotel is excellent as you need to ring the bel to be let in.
