Rural guesthouse away from the busy and noisy Sintra city center. Close to the beaches, 10 min drive to the nearest one. Buffet breakfast, water, coffee and thee for free the all day. Housely athmosphere, mostly young people for surfing. Clean rooms (tent). There some fine restaurants close by.

We stayed for two days in a glamping tent. Unfortunately the weather was against us, rain and fog for two days. There was a litle water infiltration in the tent. No wifi connection in the garden area. Parking is in the driveway, leaves you not a lot of space to maneuver.

Returner here: Love love love the Dreamsea Surf House! The place is gorgeous, location is amazing especially when you have a car. The Team is the most welcoming and amazing Team and I will for sure come back again. The tents are very cozy and I cannot gatekeep that there is firefly’s around EVERYWHERE. Food is amazing!

A little cold when the temperatures fall below 16 degrees at night. Usually they offer extra blankets and heaters, as they had been hosting a retreat at the same time they unfortunately had run out. The experience with the retreat members wasn’t all to pleasant, breakfast was destroyed by them within minutes not leaving much for others guests. Usually a nice place to connect with others this was a little hard this time.

An interesting location, well suited for surfers (there is equipment, its own schedule of lessons). We, admittedly, used the hotel as a transit location, but perhaps it would be interesting to live in it longer. We liked the interior, especially the presence of live plants, including in the room, the view from the window, a very good breakfast (including a vegan menu). The room was quiet, we did not hear our neighbors. Very friendly staff.

Of the minuses, I will note the need to use a shared bathroom, in addition, some parts need repair.

The place is amazing, the property is stunning exactly like in the pictures, food is really top notch! You have free breakfast and if you want lunch and dinner with additional money, that is reasonable for such high quality of food, we never ate twice the same food! Stuff is super friendly, the tent has better beds and showers then 5 stars hotel i had the chance to sleep in !

For us the only problem is not the property itself but the place it located, I highly recommend to hire a car because it’s pretty remote and there is nothing around here in walking distance, you can order bolt or Uber but sometimes it takes long to come or to drive from and it can be costly in the end.

What an incredible and unexpected experience! We booked our stay on the same day, just to get out of town and relax with our dogs. We were incredibly well received, the whole staff is amazing and very eager to help and make you happy! Even though there's a community vibe in the whole place, it's very easy to get privacy and quiteness. If you're a dog owner and want to spend some quality time with your dogs, this is the place to go ! We stayed in a tent, very well equipped, modern bathroom and shower, great bed and linens. It was raining a lot during our stay and even still it was very comfortable to stay inside the tent. Amazing food as well ! We just loved everything ! We'll be back for sure !

The concept is good, the tent was clean. The staff were very friendly. It's very light, not like an hotel.

So, we've slept at the tent with a full bathroom. There's some downsides like the light earlier on the morning, the noises from the animals at 5.00 am, but that's part of the experience. The real downsides that can be easy improved: Towels are a little rough. The path to the tents should be illuminated during the night, it's a little bit dangerous if the guest is older. There should be at least a solar light on the porch of the tent, so you can see inside the tent when you arrive at night. Add small hooks next to the showers, so people can hang the towels before and after.

A nice and well decorated room with a nice pool to relax. Good breakfast buffet and a very kind staff.

Be aware that the location is beautiful, but harder to access without a car. With car you're still 10-15 minutes away from Sintra. The hygiene in the bathroom could be improved, as toiletpaper can't be flushed, so was accumulated in a basket.

The food was really good and freshly made (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Super pretty house in total. Garden and pool area is beautiful. Really nice staff as well :) Price for what was offered was great considering the high season!! Really pretty furnished

Just a suggestion: a mirror in the bedroom would be a great addition. Maybe add more towels for the floor in the bathroom since some people tend to „flood“ the shared bathroom when showering.

Staying here was an absolute dream! My friend and I fell in love with the detailed in-and-outdoor decor. We stayed in a tent and it was very clean and beyond comfortable. After a few days it felt like coming home when we had spend the day at the coast. The staff was so thoughtful and considerate.. oh and don’t even get me startet about the food! Exceptional!

The staff were super friendly and chill. The food was incredible. We had complimentary breakfast there and it was so great that we decided to have dinner there as well. Felipe was an excellent chef - and everyone else that cooked as well. The beds were super comfy and the room was really nice. We were only meant to stay one night but loved it so luckily were able to book for the next night as well. There was a real community vibe.

The pillows were comfy but could have been bigger but that didn't stop me from having a great sleep anyway!
