The room was very clean, the personell was courteous, a breakfast buffet with love, easy access by elevator and a keyless key for the room, every day fresh towels

B&B had difficulties to deliver all the breakfast items, like butter. Maybe due to the construction trade fair they got out of stock (supply chain planning?)

Self-checkin was really smooth, room and bathroom had quite fresh furniture. Room size is quite small though, for 1 person it was perfect but for 2 people it would be not that comfortable. Very good public transport connection and Edeka, Lidl and a DM just next door (plus a 24/7 Rewe on the gas station nearby) are really nice.

Cleanliness in the bathroom could be also improved a little bit. Also, fridge in the room would be also a nice addition as well as some options for pillows. Other than that everything was more than expected for the price I paid.

Excellent hotel, very easy going and comfortable! Public transportation is just few steps away (Ubahn and Sbahn), and you are at the city center in 10 min. Big plus for hotel parkin garage, shops (lidl,edeka) by the hotel... Room (3 bed) is comfortable and clean. Overall, hotel and location exceeded our expectations and would definitelly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was great

Pets friendly and charging 20 euro extra per night for the pet. FREE PARKING🙏 Location is like 3,5-4 km from central area of Munich! Basic small room, clean. Perfect for couple nights stay, especially if during the day you are mostly in the city.

Nothing really. Just basic room, I didn’t have any crazy expectations for it.

Amazing spot with proximity to several grocery shops and to the subway(U-Bahn). The staff at the reception with the warm welcome was very helpful as it was a long trip and all that was needed was to settle in. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend 👌

Breakfast was okay and enjoyable but not all that.. Perhaps there should be more varieties.

It was one of the 4 B&B hotels we stayed in Europe. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, we especially thank them for being very helpful in keeping our luggage. Other than that, we stayed with 3 people and the room was clean and spacious. It is very advantageous in terms of transportation and close to everywhere. It is also very advantageous to have a large market next to it.

Location of the hotel is very good as it is walking distance for export offices for cars. I arrived late and the automatic check in did not provide the room number. I called the number and got a immediately answer and help to solve the problem.

The hotel fulfilled my expectation for price and comfort so nothing to complain about

The location is decent. We attended a basketball game in Audi Dome, and everything was within reach of just 15 mins of walking. The rooms were clean, and the bed was average, but the sleep was decent and overall it's hard to complain about anything related to a room.

The cleaning staff kept our towels the same, as the room was still occupied during his first visit. We left 10 minutes later, and the cleaning staff saw us leave but did not bother to change towels (and clean the room as well). When I raised this issue to reception, everything seemed nice, as I was informed that we would get the towels soon. They never arrived that night (only the following morning), and an angry cleaning man decided to barrage us with complaints at 8:55 in the morning for informing his boss.

Well located to public transport and grocery shops. Clean and modern rooms. Suits those looking for a short stay in a quiet part of Munich with easy transport connections. Breakfast room had good range of options but was extra cost. Room size as expected for central location. Easy check in and out.

Location very near by U-Bahn. Rooms big enough, breakfast ok.

A bit more things to choose for breakfast but complete hotel was value for money so it's not even complain. Staff could have some kind of unified dress code because it was hard to recognize stuff from anybody else.
