The food, service and friendliness of staff at the Eave were outstanding! All three of us (professional woman 43, retired women --70 and 80) were very impressed. I appreciated the grab bar in the tub. We liked the little nook with the table and chairs in the rooms; we had two rooms. Great fridge in the room; lots of room for juice, leftovers, etc.

Heating system was noisy. Noise in corridor and party room after 10 both nights we were there. A hand shower and microwave would have been appreciated. The tub had two dings in it so did not look very inviting. Paper copies of hotel and local information as well as menus in the room would have been appreciated.

Great location, many places are within walking distance. The room with a view of the harbour was excellent. The bedding and pillows were of good quality. Appreciated the fridge and coffee or hot water station on the main floor.

Some staff were friendly and helpful and 2 were not which made a huge difference to us. The hot tubs jets didn’t work. The pool deck was uneven and had lots of puddles of water which made a person feel like they could slip and fall. Lack of plug ins for our electronic devices. There were plug ins in the lamps but none with USB ports and our adapter plug didn’t fit into the lamp.

The breakfast was exceptional. Lots of food lots of options. The staff was so friendly and it was a very clean hotel.

Between 1230 at night and 3 o’clock in the morning there were people running up and down the hallways going from one room to another room, slamming doors and being extremely loud. A lot of laughter, a lot of loud talking when others were trying to sleep. Next time I will ask for a room on the top level away from people so that I could sleep better.

The breakfast wasn't included in our booking although it would have been great if it was because alot of money was spent on meals but other then that was absolutely great the staff is very friendly and very helpful and pool was great the kids loved it and the sleep my boys are still talking about how good they slept even my baby slept a full 10 hours

Spending so much money on food was the worst thing feeding a family of 5

The location was great for the purpose of our trip. The staff were great and while everyone did their job, i didn't walk away feeling anyone tried to put in any extra effort. That being said, there was nothing disappointing in the service we got.

Only real thing i can complain about was sleep. A painful awakening. I am used to a much firmer mattress and after only 4 or 5 hours of sleep. The beds we had, i was competely sore for about 2 to 3 hours after deciding i couldn't continue to lay down. I had to sit up and prop myself up with pillows and nod off in that position.

While we had a very short overnight stay and all we needed was a shover and a comfy bed with clean sheets in order to continue next day with our travel plans, we were pleasantly surprised with the view from the window, both at night but mostly in the morning. We were in close vicinity to the Big Fiddle!! Bonus, in the morning we watched a cruise ship approaching and mooring in the harbor. This was quite a unique spectacle!

The ac unit was a bit noisy in the beginning, but being tired, once we fell asleep, we didn't hear a peep.

The central location of the hotel was very good. The room was fairly large and comfortable and very clean. We used the bar area for a few drinks in the evening and found the staff very cheerful and friendly. Our room rate included breakfast which was made to order and very good with generous proportions.

The only thing I would say that was not great was our shower even on maximum hot was tepid at best.

I loved the view from my room. I liked that when I had difficulty with anything maintenance was sent up to fix it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the pub was really good. Room service was good.

Parking. No parking available. Parked on street and got up early in morning to move into hotel parking to not be ticketed. The staff were helpful in letting me know when to move the car by to prevent ticketing and I did appreciate that.

Central location; close to airport; comfortable beds and pillows; restaurants on site and several also nearby. Pool and waterslide!!!

The view from our second floor room was a bit lousy. Somebody’s long black hair was strewn in several of our bath towels (none of us have black long hair). Breakfast was good once we got a seat after a bus load of tourists blew through

We had a suite. So much space and very clean. Staff were great, restaurant was delicious and the kids had so much fun in a nice clean pool and waterslide.

The pull out sofa was kind of slanted when we went to lay on it then wouldn't go back in place in the morning. Definitely not something that would stop me from returning. We had a great staycation for a little March break fun and will definitely be back.
