Staff was very helpful & pleasant to interact with. Games available in the lobby were great! the Suite had a nice sized fridge & dishwasher and the loft was spacious. Breakfast had a nice variety. Gondola rides up and down the hill were great!

placement of beds in the suite - awkward to get around the 2 beds in the one room and the angle the pull out sofa was on made it impossible to walk around that and the table was always in the way when bed was open. soap & conditioner missing in upstairs bathroom. Underground parking didn't work for our vehicle so we had to us the public lots - they were rough, full of big pot holes a long ways away. Longer hours for the pool & hot tubs would have made the stay better

Fantastic location in Mont Tremblant with easy access to everything you need.. Swimming and hot tubs were lovely and breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed to be able to cool a family meal. I would definitely stay again.

It would have been nice to have some hot drinks available during the day, bigger pool towels (as they were pathetically small) and I also didn't like the gym - poorly equipped and in the basement which I didn't find safe for my teenage daughter to use.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel as part of our anniversary trip. We arrived right at check-in and the staff at the front desk were very kind, friendly and wanted to please which made my first impressions a good one! We found the room to be clean and comfortable. All the rooms have comfortable queen beds but if if we had the choice we would prefer a king bed (oh well). We had a nice view of the pool and mountain and like having access to the little balcony. It was also very nice to have the breakfast included in our stay. They offered many different options - we especially liked the hot oatmeal and variety of nuts and seeds (healthy choices are always nice). We used the two hot tubs on multiple occasions. This is something we always look for in a hotel. After hiking up the mountain, this is a must!

The Wi-Fi was not strong enough for my laptop without paying another $10 per day for premium service. I did not pay. Hotel parking is expensive but there are no alternatives. We carried some breakfast food up and supplied our fruit, plain yogurt, and muesli. The breakfast bar was a madhouse of people.

Breakfast had a good variety. Excellent location very close to everything you will need. Restaurants, grocery store and lifts.

If you could store your skis in the room. Storing them in the garage was a little of a pain or the storage should be at the main level.

Despite us messaging the hotel to request adjacent rooms, they placed our party in rooms at different ends of a long corridor. Not ahuge desl but disappointing

Excellent stay right in the Tremblant pedestrian village. Close to many restaurants and bars, along with the gondola. We loved having a wood-burning fireplace, comfy beds and a kitchenette in our room which elevated our stay. Staff were helpful and breakfast was excellent. We loved the hot tubs after a day of skiing/snowshoeing.

We had a bit of confusion around housekeeping, we had requested our room be cleaned per the schedule (every 2 days) but it did not happen. Would suggest better systems to ensure that all rooms that are due to be cleaned are cleaned.

we had to turn the heating off and the room was still too warm bring a shoehorn for the carpark if you own anything bigger than a medium car breakfast was very ordinary for this style of hotel and where it is, a reasonable selection of warm ( not hot) food, and croissants are supposed to be light fluffy and crispy not mass store bought croissant bread blobs!!

Diane's exceptional customer service was the highlight of the trip. She was flexible with our requests and had alternative suggestions if the hotel was not able to provide us with such request.

That we were not told the pool was closed. They did have an alternative for having the hot tub and kiddie pool open. Otherwise, everything was great! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and had parking for our car.
