The airport shuttle was very convenient.

When we first arrived at the Incheon airport, it’s hard to know where the airport free shuttle located. When we call the hotel front desk, the staff said it was on the 3rd floor, but Incheon airport was massive, we ended up taking a taxi. MORE detailed instruction will definitely be helpful. Next time I will make sure I find the shuttle bus location before departure.

Amazing hotel that’s 5 mins away from the airport by free shuttle bus! Excellent accommodations! I will be coming back if ever need an hotel near to Incheon.

In the communication they refer that the shuttle is from gate 3C, however you don’t find it easily. From T1 Head to exit 3 and follow the sign. Once you cross the street you will find the bus stops for all the shuttle buses

Large and beautiful hotel, very convenient for travelers flying from Incheon Airport. Just 5 minutes from Terminal 1 and about 15 minutes from Terminal 2, both easily reachable with a complimentary shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes (no need to reserve - just show up at the desired time and off you go). The staff is extremely friendly and well-trained. Our room was clean and offered a nice view of the airport. We decided to have dinner at the Swell Lounge and didn’t regret it. For anyone needing to stay near the airport before a morning flight, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Minor issue for a short one-night stay: we were in a triple room (double bed plus an additional rollaway) and the extra bed was a bit short for our third adult (183 cm tall). It would be more suitable for shorter adults or children.

I did not have breakfast during my stay, so I am unable to provide any comments on that. However, I was very satisfied with the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the availability of the shuttle service. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff for their warm hospitality. In particular, the housekeeping staff were consistently courteous and friendly, which brought me great joy. My spouse and I have chosen to stay at your esteemed hotel once again during our second visit to Korea this year — for five nights starting on October 22 and another five nights starting on November 15. We sincerely look forward to another pleasant and comfortable stay.

During my stay in April, I recall there was a strong smell of paint in the area, which I assume was related to maintenance work—possibly cleaning or repainting of the swimming pool.

The rooms are functional and have a simple modern design, with a great view from the panoramic window. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, and the sleep quality was excellent. The airport shuttle bus service was very convenient.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell in the rooms in our wing. I’m not sure what kind of smell it was, but it was definitely not the hotel’s air freshener. Fortunately, the staff kindly moved us to another room on the next floor, where the smell was barely noticeable. This mysterious odor still remains a bit of a puzzle to me.

The place is super close to the airport which is amazing. The hotel has a complimentary bus shuttle to the airport. The reception was helpful at check-in and check-out. They even upgraded our rooms. We only stayed one night and our stay was comfortable. The bathroom had an issue but when we called the reception they had maintenance come up quickly and fix the issue and it was late at night. The view from our rooms was of the airport so we had fun watching the plane's takeoff.

When cleaning the carpets in the passage, it would have been nice if they had placed more air purifier machines because the smell of the product used to clean the carpets was very strong.

I had booked for one night because the next day I was flying back home. Staff was excellent. Very polite and very forthcoming. The room was large, comfy and the view towards the airport was fun. The mattress excellent. At dinner, in the restaurant 8, the person helping me was beyond words. I asked for an Apperol Spritz which they did not have in the menu. He looked for Apperol, which they had in storage, and then he made Apperol Spritz. I was really happy and I really thought that this was beyond anything I had ever experienced at a restaurant. Just excellent experience all around.

I wouldn’t even know where to begin, one word everything. 5 Star hotel and everything that falls under that title, location, service, quality over and beyond. I stayed here as my last night in South Korea. I had a late flight the next day and they offered a late check out at no extra cost. I was also upgraded at no extra charge. I booked breakfast buffet at Restaurant 8 which was exquisite, a huge variety. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice overnight or even family stay here, the shuttle to and from the airport makes it a seamless transition. I had really good conversations with the concierge who were so helpful and friendly. Thank you again for making my stay a memorable one.

Ideal for travelers needing a convenient airport stay with clean, comfortable accommodations and a well-designed bathroom. We enjoyed a restful night between flights, which was exactly what we needed. However, for those planning to explore Seoul and visit major attractions, it may be better to stay closer to the main train station, as you can easily take the express train from the airport for easy access to the city center. Also, it's nice that there's a shuttle bus from and to the airport.

It might be good to have better instructions on how to find the shuttle bus when exiting the airport.

The booking was made through Booking.com, and communication from the Grand Hyatt was excellent. Check in & check out seemless. We had been visiting our adult son who is temporarily living in Korea, and he saw us off at the airport for our early morning flight - then hopped the Army's bus back to base. The hotel provided a comfortable rollaway for him. We dined Ala carte at Restaurant 8, and it was excellent. Service all around was excellent, including the easy shuttle to the airport. We'd traveled to the hotel via train to Incheon airport, then catching the shuttle they run every ~30 mins from Terminal 1. Worked great. Highly recommend if you need a very comfortable place to stay near Incheon.
