This is one of the best stays that we have had with a Best Western and we stay at a lot of them. Ashley is beyond friendly and even remembered us from 6 months ago! The bed was comfortable the room was immaculate The shower was great The pool was beautiful and breakfast was amazing! Raelene goes above and beyond when it comes to that dining room and breakfast! Honestly she should get a bonus...

If there was anything, I just think the toilet might need to be adjusted just a little bit because he had to hold it down for a minute to make sure it went but, it still worked so I don't really consider that I a kajink.

Very good. Wish there would have been bisquit and gravy every morning. Attendant was very personable and helpful, accommodating. It was nice she would help make waffles so the guest didn’t have to stand around & wait-could get coffee or other items while she oversaw the waffles

Room was as expected. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the iron and board. The pool was great. Staff was polite and helpful. liked having the frig in the room.

The aircondonditioner did not work very well and the room was a little too warm.

Size of room was very nice. We had a single king bedroom.

Parking lot on north side in front of room 107 has an area where there is an electrical (?) item in the middle of parking area. This area is dark. When you get closer to the room doors there is good lighting. The bathroom is small and repair work on shower wall looks terrible.

I liked the location, I liked the staff, I liked that they listen to me when I asked for a room on the first floor.

The bed was very, very uncomfortable hard as a rock. Very noisy could hear heaters going off all night long, could hear people talking outside my room, which has never happened before

Great free breakfast. Place is older but very well kept. Clearly some pride taken in this business.

Restaurant attached to hotel was an exceptional sports bar but the food was pretty bad. To watch games and have a drink it was excellent but I cant suggest eating there.

Room was comfy, walls were thick so I couldn’t hear any of the other rooms being all loud which was nice. Will stay there again if there’s ever an event at Phoenix raceway and I need a place to crash

Manager Ashley was the nicest, friendliest person. Breakfast was what we love about BW, early and well stocked.

Bed and bedding seemed a little old, also there was no tissue in the tissue holder.

Breakfast was very basic, but very good. Lots of choices. Kitchen very polite and friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, outside areas were clean. Very quiet at the hotel.

Floor in the breakfast area by the food was very sticky!

Clean, quiet, great access to dog yard so easy to care for my dogs there, very reasonable rate for pets, pool. Will go back on next trip.
