My friends and I were in Burlingame for a dance conference. The staff was really nice. They let us check in early (11am!) and check out late. We were able to leave our stuff at the hotel after checking out. I also kept losing my key card and they made me as many as I needed, without judgment, which was really nice. Any ask we had they fulfilled quickly. It was a very nice experience. Shuttle from airport was good. Would recommend.

I didn't realize the beds were double and thus a tad tight for 4 friends. But we managed. There was only one microwave downstairs. The room AC was quite loud. Couldn't figure out the shuttle leaving to the airport and had to take an Uber.

I stayed about 12 days in a row under 3 reservations. On the third reservation they manually keyed a 72 dollar pre auth for parking which they charged under the original pre auth. This was pointless, and it has still not been released 3 days after checking out. - the only negative. - this was not authorized by me, and pointless for them to have done as it was never done before. - might not return

Property was clean and the staff was pretty welcoming considering we arrived so late in the evening. The room was very clean and comfortable. The accommodations were great too. And the views were pretty neat, even just of the freeway.

Being a pet-friendly hotel, it would be nice if the exterior grounds were well kept with maybe a few more trash cans and less spiky palms everywhere on the ground. Additionally, it would be great if the restaurant had just a few more menu items.

The free shuttle that ran late helped a lot because Lyft had ridiculous prices even at 12:30 am. Good location.

The first night we were in 1014 which is next to the elevators. We heard the elevators going all night from 1 am to when we woke. I requested a room change for night 2 and it was so much better.

Room was good, bed was comfortable. Shuttle service was very useful and drivers friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was a nice temperature.

The temperature in the dining area was too cold. I have been to many hotels, this was the coldest dining room (and lobby, for that matter). No coffee making facilities in the room.

Breakfast and staff were great although I overheard the staff telling a customer when he wanted to pay for breakfast, that it was included with his room. When I inquired about that, I was told mine was not included with no explanation why it was not.

Never got a receipt for my payments and see above. Also, I am not used to pay for parking my own car and having to drive around the huge parking lot to find a spot!

Love the beds,and the privacy of the rooms.

A run down parking lot, it looks like and abondom property with a few abondom cars in that lot,, and that you have to pay for parking in this facility away from the city or the airport. Un acceptable. For that type of facilities.

Extra friendly staff. I dropped my phone case with my ID and bank cards inside by the elevator. It was retrieved soon after I departed. I called and was told they has found it. When I arrived back, I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby by a staff member who handed me my phone. She was relieved that it was in the right hands. Everything was still inside the case. THANK GOODNESS!! I appreciate the concern and friendliness! Also, the restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive.

I enjoyed that I was treated with respect and dignity. I was not treated like I was asking for to much. The reservation desk was welcoming and courteous. The room was wonderful.

I enjoyed the functional elevator

Overall good. I want to stay in this hotel again. The hotel staff is friendly, and breakfast is not buffet style. free wifi & a free airport shuttle are available.

I had asked to clean my room, but the room was not cleaned up when I returned to the room at night.
