The staff member at registration was great. He was very apologetic for our having trouble getting in. The rooms were big and the bathroom was too. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The towels were thick and smelled clean.

We had issues getting into one of the rooms because the key fob on the door was not working. Later on, we did notice that the power was out in the bathroom. This could have been the reason the door was not working. We did not eat at the hotel, but we did get coffee.

Breakfast was great. Staff helpful and courteous.

The vending machines should be moved to the lobby. The ones upstairs took our money or didn't work and the others didn't have anything except diet pepsi. Out of 6 , 3 were off 1 had alot of quarters stuck in it and the dollar just ate it didn't give the snak 2 worked ok but the selection of drinks were empty except for 1 diet pepsi. Almost forgot the last day we had no hot water. Tv viewing could be better.

The friendly greetings from all staff . Your employee front desk to check us in was excellent kind and caring being my husband is handicap in wheelchair was accommodated with perfect room . We loved this stay and will stay again . Thank you for your service at your location .

Nothing really except you can't bring food back from breakfast to your room, but then I can imagine what some people would do but how about those little cinnamon cup cakes😃

we got there and the power was out for the whole block, but the the employee was very nice and kind to check us in and make sure our rate and room was secure.

I know it was not in their control of the power outage, but they could have given us a discount because we did have to come back a couple of hours later to our room. we couldn’t eat our take out without lights in our room.

Very clean 👌 smells great as soon as you walk in staff very polite and helpful rooms were clean no funny smells bed sheets clean smell

The parking was the only thing that sucked

the breakfast staff wasn't too friendly but wasn't rude if that makes sense

the food was burnt they didn't have any juices the waffle batter was out

more towels, there were three of us and only had two bath towels. i was expecting complimentary shampoo and conditioner but, didn't have none.

Staff is easy going. Breakfast is very nice. Housekeeping is not pushy like some other hotels in this area. Cleaner even though it's a big hotel. Great job. Keep it up.
