Super great front desk the lady with long hair super warm and professional (1-2mins check in /out )plz give her a raise ! I l’ve lived 60%hotel near Fremont but no one like this super fast and easy to check in/out . I highly recommend

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was nice, well cooked, fruit was fresh, coffee was strong and hot. Hotel happened to be located centrally near friends in the berbs. Room was conveniently laid out. Nice lobby area and bar.

For being a relatively new building, it was not in great shape. We needed to change rooms after the first hour of stay because the heat didn’t work. The second room heat worked, but the hot water (turned completely to hot) only got to warm after almost ten minutes on full. Each shower required this draw time, even at 1pm (not a high demand time slot) even after the engineer came to “fix” it. Felt guilty wasting that much water in CA. Shame. A floorboard tile was not fastened against the wall and kept falling over….

The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful! The hotel atmosphere felt really good from the moment we walked in! Our room was perfect! Sheets felt crisp and clean. Great shower and tub. Overall, it's a beautiful room! The breakfast hot buffet was fabulous! All the people who work at this hotel were super friendly and helpful! Thank you, Hilton Garden INN! We had a wonderful stay and will recommend it!

This is a great option for those visiting the surrounding area who are looking for a clean, affordable yet well-appointed hotel. I personally like the fact that this hotel was not in a heavy foot traffic area and instead in a more industrial part of town. Loved: - Cleanliness - Minimal but modern decor - Quiet space - Comfortable bed - Excellent shower pressure - Shelving on the wall of the bathroom sink area for toiletries - Zero% brand shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion

Clean, bright and very welcoming. The outside was well lit which we appreciated seeing we got in late at night. We needed handicap but unfortunately all were full except a few of the Tesla charging ones. The staff informed us to park there to make it easier even though our car isn’t a Tesla. Very thoughtful and helpful. We loved the spacious room we had with 2 very comfortable queen beds. And large clean bathroom.

This is an unexpectedly beautiful and modern hotel in the middle of an area that is mostly strip malls and residential areas. There are a lot of great restaurants and Asian markets within walking distance! We ate at a great place called Julie's Noodle that I would highly recommend to anyone staying here. The bar and restaurant inside the hotel also seemed nice, although we didn't end up eating there. Hotel room was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower was nice and hot. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels but the beds and pillows here were great. Would definitely stay here again.

The location, the cleanliness, the food that is served and the selection of it, the security that made rounds around the property , the safety of I’m the inside and outside , the cleanliness of the rooms and how you could NOT smell the prior visitors (lol) , the kindness of staff, family friendly as well as for individual stays. Overall no complaints!

Nice comfortable hotel with a good breakfast in a ideal location for business meetings around Silicon Valley area. Bed was comfy with great blackout blinds in a good sized room. Ample parking on site and a simple quick check in process.

Some guests rubbish in hallways for more than a day which made the hallways unsightly at times. Also had to ask at reception for toilet roll on 3rd day as room had not been checked.

The first thing I noticed was how nice everything was when I walked into the lobby to check in. Also the staff member on duty was very friendly and helpful with answering my questions about our room and the property!!

Water had to run a while before it finally got very hot Breakfast, at extra price was poor in choices No more free coffee/thee during the day in lobby ( was available before if I am not mistaken)
