Right off i-95 and near stores/restaurants but quiet and backed up to woods. Immaculately clean. Immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. Lovely buffet dinner with full salad bar, fruit, steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, desserts, beverages (including alcohol) included with our stay from 5:30-7:00. They only offer that meal Mon-Wed. The room was huge, beds so comfortable. We had 2 queens and a sofa bed with a kitchen. The sofa had a chaise as well. There was a dining area off the buffet, lounge with games and a roku tv. A business center, a laundry room, fitness center, outdoor fun zone with large games, fire pit, pool complete with an accessible chair for those who may need it. Breakfast was another well appointed buffet of eggs, biscuits, gravy, meats, yogurt, bar, cereal, fruit, light veggies, bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, fresh Belgium waffles. All of this topped by the kindest, loveliest people working there that checked in with you, conversed and connected with you. It was the biggest shock to encounter such wonderful people. I didnt know hospitality like this actually existed. I traveled with my husband, teen daughter and 2 tween sons. We all woke up rested and were sad to get back to the road after such a wonderful stay. It was what you always hope a hotel experience will be like but it never actually happens....except this time, it did!

My wife and I have stayed here three times, once also with my daughter, on our way from the northeast USA to Orlando Florida. This is a fantastic hotel, located just off route 95 and offers exceptional value, a friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and if we have the need to travel from home to Orlando (or surrounding area) we will absolutely stay here again. They are also pet friendly which is a bonus if you're bringing your furry friends or if you just like to watch them filter in and out of the lobby.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Staff was very friendly. Front lobby and dining area well decorated and clean. Easy on and off main interstate. Walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants. Liked the living room and kitchen separate from bedroom - like a tiny apartment. Comfortable beds. Free parking.

Room needed a lot of TLC from maintenance. The vinyl floor is kitchen was buckling - most likely from water damage. Bathroom wall had tons of screw holes in wall from whatever has been added and removed. Shampoo holder kept falling apart. Housekeeping needs to do better job with vacuuming. Shower had some hairs and plastic seal from a container in the tub.

Super dog-friendly, amazing staff, great customer service. The rooms are HUGE, immaculately clean, fully stocked with glass dinnerware, and super quiet. The pool is extremely nice and the view from the rooms is very pretty. Oh and they have free dinner, beer, and wine every Mon, Tue, and Wed! Would highly recommend you stay here!

The gym was disappointing, as are most hotel gyms. It was pretty tiny and did not have much equipment. If there was one other person in there, it felt crowded. Honestly, that is the only negative I can think of. I really enjoyed my stay, especially for the value.

Easy access from I95 corridor. Warm friendly greeting upon arrival. Property amenities explained in detail. Room was HUGE. Full size fridge, dish washer, disposal, small cook top! King bed that was super comfy. Room was spotless! Sofa sectional. Lotsa hot water for the shower. One of the best stays in recent travels! Breakfast was delicious. Real eggs! Fresh fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt bar. Comfortable seating. This place was first rate. I have paid much , much more for far less. This was a GREAT value!

Elevators were a bit nasty. Needed a good wipe down. In defense…the place was off the charts busy.

Starting from check in at reception, I was greatly impressed. I really felt welcome in this hotel. The breakfast was great. They had eggs, and two kinds of sausages, fruits and veggies, salsa, yogurt, and other good stuff. The gym was well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. The location is very nice: close to I-95, but not too close for the noise to disturb you. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (and stove). The bed was large and comfortable.

I love this place and have stayed here at least 4 times. O notice that this hotel is straying to get tired and needs a revamp.

The hotel needs an upgrade. The carpets look tired. Some of the AC units don’t work properly. I had to switch rooms due to a mold smell and AC just blowing like a fan. The second room needed the AC filter switched but now runs perfectly. They need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

Staybridge Suites was incredibly welcoming. We were staying overnight as park of our road trip to Florida with our 6 month old puppy and this hotel had everything we needed. Room had a lovely kitchen and bathroom with great shower pressure. Staff was incredibly friendly and I wish I brought a bigger appetite to the amazing breakfast spread. Plenty of room to walk our energetic pup, and lots of outlets in the room where I was able to get some work done. We’ll be back!

Parking was a little tight for our late arrival, but nothing to be upset about.

Bed was comfortable. There were complimentary dinners and drinks in the lobby certain days and hours. We did not get to take advantage of those due to our own schedule, but I thought it was a great offer for travelers.

There was only one thing and it really didn't make any difference. The cabinet in our kitchen was mounted too close to the microwave and the cabinet couldn't be opened. We didn't need it, but that was the only thing that was off about the entire hotel. We loved our stay there!

It was one of the cleanest hotels that we've stayed at, and it seemed to be a fairly new hotel. If we were staying in Florence, we would definitely stay here again.

I'm not a fan of the sink being in a separate area from the bathroom. If you're trying to get ready in the morning before other people in the room, you're going to bother them instead of being behind a door. But other than that, the room is really clean, so it wasn't a deal-breaker.
