The people at the front desk were delightful. They were helpful, kind, and proactive in helping me get answers and supplies. The room was also quite nice, with two bathrooms and plenty of room. The stairwells were wide, clean, and well lit.

The road traffic noise was a bit excessive, not from the larger road, but the smaller road on the Village Inn side, as well as the parking lot on that side. Two bathrooms was fantastic, but the plumbing in one of the bathrooms appeared to be struggling. Also, and of least consequence, the elevators felt kind of creepy. Maybe change the lighting or put up a poster or art piece?

Close to I-25 so travel was easy. Did not use the pool but it looked nice and seemed well maintained. Very basic exercise room but it was adequate for my needs. Room was a decent size. Could have used a grab bar in the shower. Bed was comfortable.

More handicapped parking is needed. Entry door walkways could have been easier for handicapped. I’m an above the knee amputee who is fairly mobile but someone in a wheelchair would have been limited to one easy entry point and there was limited handicapped parking at that entrance.

The location was perfect. All the areas we visited were only 15-20 minutes away. There were also several restaurants in walking distance. The person at the front desk was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and a positive attitude. Being a pet friendly hotel was a plus also.

We had a pet friendly room, and you could tell it was a room that had pets it it from the smell. It wasn't horrible. The room was very clean, but it did have the pet odor. That's the only thing we found as a con. Like I said before, the room was very clean.

Really happy with the suite, having 3 teenagers we need lots of room. We got a double queen with a whole another room attached that had a living area that had a couch that folded out. We even had two bathrooms. My kids were so happy and so were we! The room was very clean and breakfast every morning was good. The location of the hotel was great being so close to Garden of the Gods and plently of restaurants to eat at. Also had a great view of Pikes Peak!

It's proximity to the sites we wanted to see was great. Stayed there on to separate bookings. The mattress on the second stay was much more comfortable. Breakfast was a very popular time.

There were a lot of unhoused persons in the area. Most of them left us alone. A few kept coming to us on the property, asking for money. I had to have a long conversation with my children about how to be polite but stay behind me when approached. They need more security patrolling outside.

It was close to the freeway and our next destination.

The upkeep of facilities could have been better, I did take pictures and notified front desk about items that I didn't want to be held responsible for. The toilet tank lid was fractured, the tub and bathroom has chipped paint, the sofa couch was heavily stained. They do hold a 100.00 deposit, so I just didn't get charged I wanted to advise front desk on check in.

Breakfast was very good, hot, fresh and well stocked. Location was great for Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and Discovery Space Center. Definitely good value for price. First time having to use a hotel washer/dryer but it was clean and worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First floor at least was under construction so you had to walk through some of that to get to elevators. Workers often had music turned up during the day. We were on the fourth floor so didn’t hear it there but I could see second floor being loud if they were putting people there. Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I was traveling with my adult son, so I liked the layout of the suite how it had completely separate rooms and each their own bathroom that was a perfect place for us to stay. And the location was also excellent with many places within walking distance, even though we had a car, it was nice to walk around and grab dinner.

I only had one complaint about the property and that was if I were to make a suggestion, I would suggest getting rid of all the carpet and putting down laminate flooring. The suite was lovely. It was very clean, but there was always that lingering odor of old carpet that was the only negative in my stay at the property. It was a very nice property. It was very clean. The bedding and the towels were immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was very very nice if it just had not had that odor, it would’ve been perfect!

Breakfast looked good, but another guest flooded the counter with the entire dispenser of waffle batter - so we really didn't get to eat much as that took a long time to clean up - not the hotel's fault though! Room was clean and plenty comfortable. Price and location were good.

Hotel was a little older, but it was still clean. Breakfast area was very crowded when we were there, it was hard to get food but part of that was to due with the guest flooding the counter with waffle batter.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The room was clean and it was very quiet. The location was close to where my band was playing and it was easy to get around town from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and quiet and I would stay there again.

One thing I did not like was the building where the rooms were was separate from the office/breakfast area. You have go outside to change buildings and the only elevator was in the middle of the L-shaped room building,farthest from the office. Stairs were at the ends of both legs of the building. It was very cold and snowy outside so changing buildings to get to the office and breakfast either meant using the stairs (no problem going down, but I was on the 4th floor so up was tough) and wearing a coat. In warmer weather it would not be a problem. And skip the vending machines. They either take you money with the snack getting stuck, or if you do get something it is stale.
