Location was excellent. Night desk manager was really good (Nicki). This was a difficult trip for me (father died) and she was really empathetic and supportive. She really made me feel so much better.

The breakfast wasn't great. The "sandwiches" were nuked to death inside packages and only two types of cereal were available. Also, they had Fox News on the TV full blast and refused to change the channel. I got a clerk to turn it off, but the morning manager turned it back on. awful.

I got your e-mail requesting a review. Funny, because I'm still waiting for you to return my $100.00 deposit. Which interferes with the great on-line value of my stay. Unless I'm mistaken somehow, this scam seems to be common with Hotels, like you all got the same memo. Hotels advertise one price on line, but neglect to inform customers that there's a additional fee associated with your stay, notwithstanding the (Recorded) front desk assurance that these funds will be returned, siting any incidental fees. Never, have I ever left a room damaged or stole any incidental items. In fact, I typically don't use the house provided towels, as I bring my own. Saving you time, (House Keepers) and money. If it is factual, that you're taking & keeping returnable fees, you are setting yourself up for Class Action Law Suits. Not to mention Law Violations through individual local District Justices. This is a request for you to return the fee(s) you've taken from me throughout the last 9 months. Any information received will be used for that purpose.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff is just incredible. So friendly, so helpful, so quickly responsive to a question. The place is just immaculate. The dining area is spotless. Probably could eat off the floor. Had a small issue with a shower that very quickly was taken care of with great attention and very pleasant response. The people in the office, especially the older Black lady were just so friendly and helpful. I can't get over how great this place is. Thanks to all the staff there for doing such a great job.

There’s nothing bad to say about this place. However one thing that lot people might not like is the fact the bathroom was small but it was fine for me and very clean! I was able to take baths comfortable and relaxed so nothing to complain about this place either. 😉😉

That hotel is a classic design. Rooms surrounding a courtyard, pool, hot tub, kiddy pool and a dozen or more umbrellaed tables for four. Great place as long as nobody sits just outside of your room flapping her gums until 3AM....

The beds. The breakfast, and most of the cleaning staff. (With the exception of that one big mouth woman. The management and Desk staff are great.

We enjoyed the room very much and the woman at the front desk was Amazing 🤩 I left with many more opportunities for my business thanks to the help of her and her communication skills are top notch I would stay anytime I’m in Delaware.

You have to leave off the property to smoke but I completely understand.

We arrived and were told we were upgraded to their Philadelphia room. Absolutely beautiful. Very pleased as there is a portrait of George Washington in the room and we were headed to Mt. Vernon the next day.🙂

There was a water leak from the uninhabited room above dripping into a recessed can light and there was black mould starting to break through above the bathroom ceiling. I did bring it to their attention at the front desk. The maintenance people were going in as we were leaving. Very professional.

Very good location. Rooms are bit old but clean and we get daily room cleaning service. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Overall good stay.

Barhroom is bit small. Breakfast should have some more options.

A few minor issues. The AC was a bit noisy and the key card was finicky. Other than that it was fine. Housekeeping was there every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An excellent value.

Tune up that AC and fix the dripping in the shower.
