Staff was super helpful and kind. Location was perfect, view was spectacular from our room! I can't comment on the complimentary breakfast because our flight was super early, but the staff helped arrange transportation to the airport and made our morning hassle free. We stayed here after a 4 day cruise and wanted 1 night in Miami before we headed home. They let us drop our luggage off so we could explore before check in and they were even able to get us in a little early. We stayed at a different hotel when we flew into Miami prior to going on our cruise and it was a total disappointment. This 1 night here made up for our 2 bad nights at the other un-named hotel! I'm so glad my family and I were able to enjoy a fantastic day and night in Miami before we left!

The doors to the pool locked you in and you had to ask someone to open the door. Hopefully they get that fixed soon, and the elevator is a wee bit scary and needs to be inspected.

I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell-Port of Miami, perfect location. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping the room spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast—while it's nice to have the convenience, a little more variety would be great. Also, I noticed a lot of plastic utensils used, so switching to paper or wooden alternatives would be a small but meaningful change. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return!

Cleaning stuff didn’t understand English and was repeatedly coming, knocking, we tried to explain that we will leave in a few hours and can come back then, but it was impossible to get us understood in English (we also tried French, German, Russian and Chinese…). I don’t understand how is it possible to work in tourist industry where interaction with tourists is necessary, without speaking the official language of the country !? Also, internet was very poor, I had to use mobile network for work, because the wifi connection was so slow that it was unusable.

I loved the ambiance of the hotel- it was welcoming and attractive.I loved the customer service.The staff members made themselves available to resolve issues that came their way.They were patient,attentive and warm.A special big up to the manager- she really listened to the customer.To the staff member who gave me the bottle of water - you are part of the reason I will visit again.My room was beautiful.I want to commend the housekeeper for helping to ensure that the room remained neat and tidy.The location was ideal.We were able to go everywhere.Cheers to Bistro by the River- it showed the beautiful of the river.Not only that I loved the strawberry dockery I had there.I felt so comfortable at this hotel I have decided I will be visiting again.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The facilities are spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. The location is perfect — close to the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an overall pleasant experience. I’ll absolutely stay here again on my next trip!

Excellent

Booked for the weekend prior to my cruise and it was a good spot to start of our vacation. Close of Bayside Marketplace, and local bars and restaurants to enjoy. Everything we did was within a mile and a short Uber ride. Lots of clubs to enjoy if you want to go dancing. Great location and close to the Port of Miami. The staff also was great. They really worked hard to get everyone checked in quickly and efficiently, even when the guests weren't being nice to them (which I did witness). Would stay here again!

Sounds phony, but I can't think of anything. Maybe that the elevator was slow but it also had alot of use by alot of people. Make sure to find out where the 2nd set is so you don't have to wait too long.

There was a mix up on the rooms. They had somehow put all the bookings under my granddaughters name and it took about 20 to 30 minutes to figure out the mistake even when giving them our booking reservations number. They were very apologetic and upgraded 3 of our rooms for our inconvenience. They still couldn’t get the reservation transferred back into my name and so if any incidentals were charged to the room she would be responsible to pay for it and then I would have to reimburse her. Of course there wasn’t any incidentals so everything turned out fine.

Superb location right in front of the Miami river with amazing water views next to hotel. Fantastic room size , huge rooms, and extremely spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The bathroom was huge with enough towels and amenities. Breakfast spread was great, good varieties, and always available with staff ready to help. The breakfast area is awesome, with tables facing the water directly. Totally loved it!

Front desk staff is absolutely pathetic, bunch of young and untrained kids with no warmth or friendliness whatsoever. Our check-in took forever even though there was no one in line, and the newbie at front deak was confused and chatting constantly before giving our key cards. Our cards then didn't work, and our room was on the 11th floor and we had to come down all the way to lobby and they took another 15 mins to sort it out. It was extremely annoying and frustrating. The lean lady with glasses ( don't remember her name) was the only exception who went out of her way to help. They don't have laundry facilities and do not give water bottles as well.

The hotel is in a very nice area in downtown Miami. Arriving there from the airport is a no brainer. The hotel itself is clean and staff is very friendly. Many speak Spanish as well. The room I booked was very spacious, more than I was expecting. The bed was comfortable! Now, the pool and the gym are humble. Enough for you to enjoy a bit of the sun and move your body, but don't expect anything fancy.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but you get the basics: Bread, eggs, sausage, cereal. But it is the same thing every single day, which can become boring for longer stays. It would have been nice to have some more variety.

The location was great in reference to the Port of Miami & central to the downtown Miami area. Lots of family friendly activities within a short distance & free transportation (Freebee) to these events right outside the Comfort Inn door. The Frost Science Museum & Aquarium with lots of hands on activities for the kids. Bayside ( a consortium of shops, food, trinkets, restaurants, souvenirs) is an excellent place food a reasonable meal.

The waffle makers could have been better situated in the breakfast area.
