The room size was great! The location is good - easy to explore different districts from. The staff were helpful with any questions. Good value for money.

Our room had the view of the building's fans. Essentially zero view of anything interesting. So unfortunately we couldn't open the windows or it'd be far too loud. Also, our coffee machine didn't work properly. We were bummed the rooftop lounge was under construction. This info was not listed when booking.

I liked pretty much everything. Location is very good, not far from water and market there, good distance to the airport and I was able to reach many interesting places by foot which seems like a rare thing in Miami. Despite the area being pretty busy the room was very quiet, bed was very comfy, AC working nicely, big bathroom where everything worked correctly. Considering other options on booking for a similar price it was an exceptional stay, I give highest notes. Worth mentioning was the staff on the ground floor, very helpful, very professional, generally I never heard that something cannot be done- they went above and beyond the call of duty to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

For this price I cannot honestly say that I didn't like something. My golden standard has always been a bathtub and there was none in my room. They met my other standard (small working fridge). I guess the bathroom could've used lighter colors on the walls so the light would work a bit better when trying to look at my face in the morning? Really everything feels like massive nitpicking considering the positives.

Alex, at reception, was exceptionally great with excellent customer service and displayed excellent management skills. Thank you, Alex. What a far cry from our prior accommodation, Touchstone San Francisco, where we were asked to take our luggage and leave, this was around 9pm, if we were not happy, and the owner stated unequivocally that our payment would be forfeited, only because we asked to move us to a room away from right next to the elevator. The iwner from Touchstone can learn a lot from you Alex. At Eurostars, the room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. Coffee replenished daily and good quality coffee. Housekeeping was great, quick response with immediate service. Overall, all staff we encountered was eager to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, a few steps away from attractions, wholefoods and restaurants. Irrespective of construction taking place, there was nothing to complain about. They offered luggage storage at no additional cost. Alex assisted us with an earlier than normal check-in and check-out. I would recommend this hotel and would return to stay when in Miami again.

No parking. Had just come off a cruise so got there quite early - 8.30am. I know check-in isn’t stated until 3 but when we arrived the check in guy said a definite no, that it wouldn’t be ready until 3. Most hotels I’ve experienced, have done their best to accommodate an early check in where possible but this was a definite impossibility here. Just thought it was very rigid. It didn’t affect us anyway as we headed off for the day and came back well after 3 but flexibility does go a long way I feel!

Breakfast menu was amazing, also the waiter was grear. Room size and connected rooms were top. Car service was aleays on time, as previsouly requested. They dont charge online package. Bed is confortable and showers in good temperature.

Bathroom doors are transparent and dont lock at all. No service to carry our luggages. Shower with weak water flow. The whole building is under a massive renovation. Actually the block nearby had buildings under demolition. The building next door seems to be a shelter house. The hotel itself is ok, confortable and looks nice inside. But its sorroundings is really bad looking. Not the fanciest view in miami. I even looked twice if i had the right address. It took some time for me to realize where the hotel was.

Who came up with the glass wall idea to separate the bathroom and room? I feel like this is the worst design idea I have ever seen haha I was sharing a room with my brother and we took turns outside the room to have shower. I didn’t pay attention to this while booking the room.

Great sized bathroom with modern features. The bed was large and comfortable. Good location near restaurants, like Julia & Henry’s, which you should definitely visit! The vintage decor of the hotel was stunning!

The room was great. It was clean, quite and pleasing to the eye. The staff were extremely helpful and provided suggestions when needed about the area. And the location was great since its right downtown and in walking distance to many things.

There is no breakfast "inside" the hotel. You have to walk out the building and then go into the building next door for breakfast. The food selection options didn't look very appealing to either of us so we ended up walking down the block and had breakfast at a small cafe (which was awesome). If you're looking for options like pancakes/French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs...you won't find it there. But the restaurant did look nice on the inside though!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The vintage style of the hotel is stunning and adds such a unique charm to the experience. Everything was spotless, which made me feel comfortable right away. The bed was incredibly cozy and gave me such a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it! Also the staff it was AMAZING!
