The room was a nice, nice shower and facilities. it was the view we were hoping for.

limited taxi service, It popped up as the Marquis Residence. No drivers knew how to get to it. the restaurant staff at the pool bar closed sooner than the bartender told us. we didn't know there was a restaurant on the 3rd floor.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice views and terrace, good library if you need to do some work, aweeome location within downtown.

Check in time at 4pm felt a little off whether you visit for leisure or for business. Light controls in the room feel modern but take a while to understand. The great majority of guests seem to be leisure couples or solo travelers but i had to pay extra to change from a king bed to a double bed room when at original time of booking they were priced the same.

Modern hotel, starts to date a little but still ok. Bay view was nice, but came with a bit more traffic noise. Our room was at the corner of two very busy streets. Bed was comfy. Room was well equipped with all things one should expect in such a hotel. Breakfast (only a la carte) was decent.

There is no parking at the hotel and the promised valet service did not except our car as being oversized - RAM1500. There was no limitation mentioned for the valet parking during reservation at all. Hence we needed to park outside on a public commercial parking spot which was 50% more expensive than the valet service would have been, plus the walk back to the hotel in the middle of the night.

Spacious room, high ceilings with great views, well appointed with coffee making facility. Gym with sauna and steam room. Pool area was nice with great city and sea views Walking distance to park and bayside market. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

On checkout, Incorrectly charged me an amount of $US90.00. Only noticed the amount when I checked my bank account. When I emailed the property, they acknowledged that this was incorrect and would refund me within 3-5 business days.

When we arrived it was difficult to find how to enter with the car for the valet parking. We checked after 4pm and still had to wait almost half hour before our room was ready. The room was very good, large and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location walking distance to many restaurants and to the waterfront. Also close to OMNI.

The hotel is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location in proximity to amenities like a park, museum, convenience store etc

I found that the breakfast options could be improved. The Belgian Waffles was my favourite. 10 out of 10

Beautiful hotel. Very modern and with very good facilities. Impecably clean and cool views. Would stay there again. I would avoid the restaurant, though.

The restaurant had a logistical problem. We were a group of 8 and had both breakfast and dinner. Getting our orders in took forever and so did the food. Especially during breakfast, when there were more people at the restaurant. 45 mins to get order taken and getting our food is too long. A pity because everything else was excellent.

I read some reviews and I was a bit skeptical but I AM DO GLAD I went against my better judgment and stayed at the Grayson to celebrate my 35th birthday. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL.. Mr John deserves all the reconnection for my stay . The staff was WONDERFUL, but Mr John just exceeded and excelled about my expectations.. I can’t wait to return

My ONLY dislike was not being able to swim Agra’s sunset

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had great views of the city and the harbor. Just across the street from a wonderful park and close to several nice restaurants.

We had to wait after check in for our room even though it was after 4pm. The exterior is not clearly marked and we drove past it when we arrived. The passage way to the elevator from the 15th floor was absolutely freezing cold.
