The scenery was great the balcony had a great view so I sat on the balcony and just enjoyed the view.

The room was nice but the phone wasnt working and I had to call more than once and then go down there and explain to them again what I said that the phone wasnt ringing in the room. Even though I explained each time the thought that I meant that I could not dial out even though I clearly said that one of the clerks called the room but when I got back to the room they said the phone never rung. But they sent someone and all they did was pick up the phone and call donwn stairs and said the phone was working but never called to the room while they were there to see if the phone would ring.

BREAKFAST. It was not good, food was cold, and price was WAY too high. We were deceived into believing that breakfast was included for all but were only given 2 free breakfasts. We paid almost $60. Should have gone to McDonalds

The room was big and very clean. The room was also located near the pool. Easy access.

Cleaning staff started knocking on the door trying to clean the room starting at 9am. They came back twice before it was even time to check out.

The staff was friendly, restaurant was good, and everything was overall clean!

It took over 40 minutes to get clean pool towels out to the pool.

Super convenient location. Lots to do on the property! Loved the Applebees that was connected to the hotel. 7-11 next door was a plus as well! Bar at the pool was great! Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

They offer a shuttle service but it’s at inconvenient times so I never used it. We tried using it once after a trip for Disney springs (waited an hour and a half) and it never showed up so I had to uber to the hotel. Beware!!! The hotel uses a a third party company so any questions or concerns with the shuttles have to be directed to the shuttle company , not the hotel… even though it’s on the hotel website as something they offer. Also, we grabbed drinks from the snack store and they were expired. We did switch them out for new ones.

Just a few minute drive to Disney Springs. The rooms in the tower area look as if they were just renovated, in fact the elevators were brand new as was the tile work in the main corridors. Beautifully updated lobby and main area upon arrival, and the pool courtyard area is nice as well. Our stay was in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, and we had a view directly toward Disney Springs and could view the fireworks. Comfortable spacious room, great balcony with two chairs and a table and king size bed. To be so close to Disney Springs with such a great room for the money was a nice surprise.

Our first night's stay was in one of the older rooms on the left side of the property, smaller room with a view of a lot of ventilation and it felt like it really needed an update. I asked the front desk if there was anyway we could be upgraded and moved and they happily obliged (though we were lucky that they were not completely booked). Front desk staff was phenomenal and turned this bumpy road into smooth sailing for the remainder of our weeklong stay!

The staff was very helpful and honest! I left some clothes hanging in the closet upon our departure and didn’t realize it until we had gotten to a different Orlando hotel for my work conference. I called to see if the cleaning service found my clothes, and they DID! It was business clothes I needed for the rest of my trip! I was still in the Orlando area, and they told me they would hold my clothes for me at the front desk. It was a few hours before I could make it back to get them, but they had them for me! I greatly appreciated the honesty and integrity of the staff!!!

Location was perfect, but t was inconvenient for us to catch the shuttle back to the hotel from Disney, because you had to be picked up from Epcot and the days we stayed there weren’t our Epcot days. So we had to Uber instead. But the shuttle service to the parks was Excellent and got us to the parks before they opened!

It's good so far. Reception along with Mr Dan Stapleton have been excellent in getting me a mail file which I had forgotten to bring. Also it's nice that this time we are getting Room service with bed made up, clean bathroom towels, coffee cups, glasses and bins emptied. Please pass on our thanks to appropriate people.

The property was conviently located and the bed was very comfortable. The property was clean.

When booking through booking.com you are not made aware of the $30 per night report fee and the $20 a day parking fee. I normally stay with Wyndham on Disney grounds and would have this trip if I would have known about these fees. I only stayed here because I thought it would be cheaper and was looking to save a little money on this Disney trip, but in fact it ended up being more than Wyndham when adding in these fees. Was also told breakfast was included for two adults and that wasn’t true.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean

Huge property hard for Doordash to deliver every driver was lost. Also, we were told we were near the pool because I had two disabled individuals with me and it was quite a walk to the pool. I did not like that as soon as I picked up the property information they were trying to get me to take a tour of the property to buy a timeshare. Not interested. My Dad just passed and I did not want to hear their sales pitch. Be leery if you get an email saying you’ve been selected for a reduced rate, sales pitch to get you in.
