We stay here for one night when we travel up north looking for a good nights sleep. We generally get that and we will continue using your hotel. We have never used your amenities so we cannot comment on those.

We had an end room and the side entrance/exit made a big noise when people went through it. It's a wake-up from your sleep noise. Also, we had arrived on the day of the US Open women's final in tennis and was looking forward to watching it. Unfortunately, I could not tune into the ESPN channel on the room TV. Very annoying.

Overall the hotel and facilities were very nice. The staff was nice and friendly. We paid extra for our dogs to stay with us which was very nice and reasonable. We had 3 dogs and thought the fee was $15 a dog but they only charged us $15 total. We misunderstood the times for breakfast on the weekend but the staff hurried and got it ready so we could have something before we left for the morning. There was a mix-up between Booking.com and the hotel. The night staff asked us to come down and let them rerun the card but my husband took a screenshot of our withdrawal to Booking.com and the employee called the manager and it was straightened out. We most likely won't stay in E-town again but we will use Country Inn and Suites again.

This property is currently going through renovations but was clean and kept up nicely. It is conveniently close to the highway which made it a nice overnight stop on a roadtrip. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

I am assuming because of the renovations the beds in our room were missing headboards. Not a big deal as long as they plan on finishing the installation.

We are from South Carolina and came to Kentucky due to my mother being taken to the hospital and family called in. Unfortunately my mother did pass away while we were there so having a hotel meeting our needs was such a blessing and one thing we didn't have to worry about. Liked the room which was very clean and roomy and was pet friendly. The staff was friendly. Also liked the availability of the coffee and hot water for tea in the evening. Loved having a Keurig coffee maker in the room.

There was nothing we didn't like. However would be nice to have Green Tea k-cups in the room.

Beautiful everything, clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast. Several great food options in walking distance.

Kids baseball team took up half the hotel. They were well behaved kids (kudos for the parents) but was looking forward to relaxing in the pool after a long and strenuous day. The pool was super over crowded with swarms of little boys. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but that’s the only negative I had.

I liked the location - close to food and gas and was easy to get back to the interstate for my travels. I liked the seclusion of the hotel. I also liked the ease of checkout.

There was a wedding celebration that arrived right as we did. It made it confusing for us to get checked in. Recommend this type of party enter through a different door to make it easier for the other guests.

Luxury Vinyl flooring in guest rooms and common areas. Easy to adjust room temperature. Small marketplace for purchasing snacks and needed items. No contact check out via text message.

High price. Some guests did not adhere to quiet times posted by management. I reserved a room with two queen beds, but I got one king bed instead. Turns out it was only myself staying, so it worked out fine.

Clean easy to get in and out of!

When we left the room at approximately 9am I was locked out when I came back, so had to go back down to the office and waited over 10mins for someone to come out of the back to re enter key card. To be locked out of a room at 9am with all my belongings in there was ridiculous, when checkout was 12pm!

Beds were very springy and uncomfortable, pillows were flat and useless. Guests nearby were in and out of their rooms speaking at a loud volume from 10pm-2am each night and were completely inconsiderate to anyone else around them. Was not able to get a good nights sleep either night due to these issues.

Great location. Great Breakfast. Our room was large, and the beds were comfortable.

Multiple outlets were available on one side of the bed (standard as well as usb!) The other side only had one standard outlet. Good thing we brought an extension cord that allowed additional usb outlets. Check in staff was not very friendly.
