Pleasant stay we brought a dog and we were in an end room, non smoking on the first floor which was a quiet location and great for taking the dog in and out. Nice area to walk the dog and two newer roomy free dog parks under 4 miles due west of the hotel. Fee was $20 extra per night for the dog. Breakfast and coffee was very good, absolutely loved their coffee machine. Friendly accommodating staff.

Both my wife and I had allergy issues in the room. Room hidden spots and HVAC unit likely needed a thorough cleaning. Though visible surfaces, beds, bathroom were all cleaned well. I did notice dust on the rear top of the dresser behind the TV.

Great hotel for my stay. I was on a 3-day business trip, and the hotel was convenient, clean, and comfortable! Only a few things I would have appreciated. The TV and remote were quite difficult to figure out and no instructions were available. The door to the room didn't close by itself. The shade to shield the view of the room took a bit to find. Lastly, the breakfast was more of a very small buffet. It was fresh and there were some hot options, but don't expect a full slaye of breakfast options. These are very small issues which were more of an inconvenience and didn't affect the stay. The property was very nice and I recommend it for any stay of any duration.

I loved the staff who provided breakfast. She was so awesome and helpful! All the staff were kind. We loved the pool but the temperature was very cold. Great place for value, amenities, and location. We had a great tome in Coldwater.

Spa was closed and pool very cold. I didn't like how early they started cleaning since I forgot to put the do not disturb on the door. But, they were very sweet and came back after we left the hotel room around 12.

Very friendly staff. Lots of evidence of cleaning around hotel going. Breakfast had a nice mix of items to choose from. Waffle maker was good. Facility has been renovated.

Very creaky floors above our room. I didn’t request a move to another room. However, other traveling friends did request a move and the hotel was very accommodating and moved their room.

People were nice

I was there to see my brother, who is in the ICU at the hospital. I needed to leave a day early and the hotel said they could not accommodate leaving early and would have to pay for the third day. They blamed you. Won’t stay there again and may not use your service again.

Customer service was nice.

The pool is not open. We booked a room there specifically for the pool (we have 2 kids) and there was no mention of it being out of service online. But, they were very nice and canceled our room upon our request for free. They also followed booking’s requests to give a verbal and written confirmation so we could get our full refund back from booking.

Si at the front desk was so polite and friendly. He made sure our stay was the best it could be. We had a problem with our sink but he had someone there in minutes to fix it. Brenda was a delight. So helpful and friendly. Definitely would come back and stay here.

The desk personal were very accommodating and pleasant.The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows the furniture and tub sink and shower were very clean. The location was great!

The toilets need a good cleaning mold around the upper rim in both the room and the public bathroom the back entrance was really dirty as were most of the carpet areas.

The property was conveniently located right off the highway. A little hard to find at first behind a Taco Bell but was at least off the main road. I thought the place was super clean and we were placed in a room I had specifically asked for. i.e. handicapped accessible and first floor.

The staff member that checked me in was not available when I first got to the desk. While I do understand the need to take breaks, I was asked at booking what time we were arriving and we were on spot. Also, she was not very friendly like I was bothering her when she did finally come to the desk.

When housekeeping cleaned (while we were out)they noticed our drain in the bathroom sink was slow and our lamp needed a bulb, they sent someone up to fix and we never had to say anything

Can’t say there is anything I don’t like, and this was our 2nd stay here
