I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and I keep coming back for one main reason: the king room with the jet tub. It’s incredibly comfortable and the perfect way to unwind when I need a quick break. The location is also super convenient — easy to get to and close to everything I need. Complimentary breakfast is decent and does the job, nothing fancy but appreciated. Microwave and mini fridge in the room are a nice plus.

Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, though I did have a less-than-great experience during my last check-in — the person at the front desk seemed impatient and a bit rude, which was disappointing given my otherwise good experiences here. Plus, if you’re a light sleeper, bring your ear buds with you. Noise can be an issue, depending on your room and who your neighbors are.

Great location for visiting several family members in area. Reasonable price raises this to a preferred stay location. Pool area was clean with good supply of towels. Good coffee.

Refrigerator door was difficult. Toilet paper was poor - flimsy. Facility showed wear and tear. Breakfast room became overloaded at times, and getting food could become difficult. Pancake batter was overly sweet and heavy.

It was nice to have a chair and foot stool in the room. The breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from. The location was good for my needs. The bed was very comfortable.

I noticed the bottom of my socks were dirty after walking around in the room, that tells me the carpets aren't being cleaned often enough.

I was visiting my son. I needed a hotel that was easy to find and close enough to his house for me to visit. The location was awesome. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I will definitely use this as my go to hotel whenever I visit.

I prefer carpet, but it wasn't necessarily something that I didn't like.

The bed and room were very comfortable. The room was clean and roomy. I really liked that we had plenty of towels for us to use for our stay. The breakfast items were very good and the staff kept the food replenished.

The pool was not as clean as I would have liked and there were no towels available for us to use at the pool.

Staff-I met staff from all the shifts as I came and went and all greeted me with a friendly & professional smile & comment. Room was clean-I requested a step in shower and got it. No comment on breakfast as I didn't experience it - however, I seen guests eating while leaving and all seem to be enjoying the meal and the area was clean and inviting.

I have no suggestions as my experience was all positive.

As a tired mom I booked the room with the jet tub for a relaxing weekend by myself without the kids and it worked perfectly well for what I was aiming for.

The rooms could get a renovation especially the carpets, they look run down. And there’s a very noisy fan that goes on and off all the time, luckily I had my ear plugs on for the night

I like that it was quiet for the most part. Every guest is not quiet, but my experience was okay.

I have no complaints for the exception of the doors that slam shut very loudly throughout the units. Other than that I would definitely stay at this location again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast every morning was a good assortment and the attendant kept everything stocked. Indoor pool was a bit chilly but still much warmer than outside. Room had a huge soaking tub that was a fantastic bonus.

Housekeeping stopped cleaning the room after the second day, even after placing the "make up room" placard on the door. I'll assume it was due to staffing issues or because of the holiday weekend. I enquired at the front desk and they gave me fresh towel but had no toiletries to offer. I ended up going to the store to buy toiletries and had to take out the garbage myself.

Room size was very good for 3 adults. Bathroom and supplies very good. Breakfast was not bad but probably the presentation could have been better.

The only negative is the bathroom door was too big leaving you to have to squeeze between the toilet and sink to be able to open and close it.
