I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Quality inn, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm, friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was thrilled to find my room spotless and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch—everything I needed for a relaxing stay. We were told free breakfast, awesome. 💯 But; it was only from 6-10am and what they first put out is all there is, so if you're not an early riser you won't get any. The guy at check in was extremely friendly and courteous, but the woman at check out was "not so friendly" to say the least. All that aside, we had a great time anyway, and the room was hospital clean. And well stocked with clean towels, in room coffee pot, fridge, microwave, usb's everywhere, even a hair dryer built-in in the bathroom. 10/10 on the room. 😁

Simple friendly and clean. The staff was tops

There was apparently confusion with my reservation with booking.com. I took steps and paid extra to have two queen beds but when I received my confirmation it was a king suite. Thankfully the staff was able to accommodate us with a room that had two queen beds. The staff was very friendly I would stay here again.

Our tv kept shutting itself off. Owner and maintenance brought us a new tv for replacement. Very professional and friendly staff. Even housekeepers didn't mind making our beds and hauling garbage the 1st morning we were there. Exceptional stay all the way around.

I did not dislike anything

The breakfast was fine. Could keep better stocked, as alot of people came down around 9:30am and it was running low. The mattress was somewhat firm, but the pillows were very soft.

Mattress was to firm. It smelt musty upon entering the room. Will bring some air freshener next time.

Breakfast was good and clean rooms nothing to bad to say

Only thing I can think of is I paid in cash and when checking out they don’t make sure of the room your leaving or how u paid.. I had to ask for my deposit back. So make sure u don’t forget to get your $ if pay on cash

Was so clean and very nice workers the breakfast was yummy.

The price. I was only here for 7 hr just to sleep nothing else people should get discounts if they come in late and leave early for work not pay full price.

Breakfast was fine. The bed was great and the hallways were clean as was our room. Staff was friendly.

I got confused by the other websites that caused me to book with them instead of directly with choice. Also, the wifi was too weak to download my Gmail.

very clean room, bed was nice, employees all very freindly, breakfast bar clean and well supplied, , price was reasonable, very easy to find and turn into property from major road. room was quiet and clean. complete ly satified will stay again.

Clean rooms; excellent restaurant adjacent to hotel; good food and service.

We traveled with 2 other ouples. All of the rooms were booked on my credit card, instead of Booking.com just holding the reservation. on my card. Couples now have to reimburse me for the rooms. I called Booking.com prior to leaving and asked if they could reverse the total charge for the 3 rooms from my card, so each couple could pay their own at the hotel. Booking .com stated a flat NO! Will probably use another booking service for the future.
