Breakfast was good. Every day they had scrambled eggs. Some days had sausages, other days biscuits and gravy. Every day there were muffins, cereal, bread, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, oj, apple and cranberry juice and waffles you could cook yourself . The rooms were clean with plenty of towels. The housekeeping people were friendly when we passed them in the hallway. They always had fresh fruit in the lobby available if you wanted it. The bathroom door was squeaky. They fixed it right away when we mentioned it. The jacuzzi was great. Nice and hot and clean. The indoor pool looked beautiful, we just didn't use it.

They forgot to add more coffee packets in the room. They didn't automatically clean the room every day, just every 3 days, but when we asked for it, they did it with a smile. They didn't have any extra suitcase racks-Only one in the room and we needed two.

It was a rather large room. It was nice and quiet. We had gone for my nephews Robotic Tournament and Hockey Games and expected there to be a lot of rowdy children. But all the children staying were very well behaved. We travel quite often, and these things are one of the downsides to traveling.

The hot tub was not working when we were there. That was the main reason we chose that hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. After sitting on bleachers all day, we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but alas, it was not working. There was not eta on when it would be fixed. Just for future reference.

The breakfast was really good and changed both days we where there. The staff was so nice and helpful. Good location to everything

We loved the pool but there where chlorine tablets that where on the bottom of the hot tub and pool. There is not a shower to rinse off before getting in the pool. After leaving the pool my kids smelled like mildew . Our toilet had a slow flush and did have to ask housekeeper for a plunger to see if that would help it.

Everybody there was great and the breakfast was very good. It was a comfortable stay a bit overpriced for what it was.

We didn’t find a lot to do in the area, although we were only there for one night and left early in the morning to go to Crater Lake, which was amazing We did feel it was overpriced for the area, but it was a nice stay at the same time

We were traveling home from a work conference Gathering of native Americans. My back window was broken out and staff didn’t even bother to call the police or check on us no cameras on site total out of pocket experience for us

Was not told at time of check in that key card might take up to an hour before it worked. Meanwhile, stood at door, trying key card, holding luggage feeling frustrated. Had a try at another door, ended up going thru the front desk area.

I didn’t arrive until almost morning. I was exhausted. The woman that helped me made check-in so pleasant and easy. She made sure I had something to take for breakfast. I appreciate her kindness. I was so exhausted I didn’t catch her name, but I would like to thank her for helping a tired traveler and her daughter.

Staff responsive. Manager made arrangments for me to have biscuits & gravy for breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous. Have stayed here before and thought it was good then too.

Did not dislike anything.

Room was clean and comfortable except they did not clean the toilet. There were poop stripes all over. Pretty disgusting. I think someone just missed it because everything else was pristine.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and continued to be clean throughout the week. Breakfast had your usual options, and was always stocked. Check out was quick and easy as the staff was prepared.

There wasn't really anything that the staff or hotel could control that could have been better. For the area and the price I feel that the establishment was up to par on what is offered. No real complaints here.
