The Premium Rooms were very comfortable, with great amenities and comfortable beds. The property was very well maintained and clean throughout my stay. There were regular housekeeping services and cleanliness was maintained even in the public areas. The Staff were really warm, welcoming and proactive in catering to all our requests. The Game Room at the property is something unique which differentiates it from other properties in this area. I had a lot of fun playing all the games there. I really had an amazing experience at this property. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an amazing experience at affordable rates.

Nothing. Everything was awesome

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the time for our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout. The location was perfect and the rooms were clean and elegant. The bed was incredibly comfortable and soft.

Price is lovely! Staff is good, helpful. They put me on the first floor, as requested, as I have trouble with the stairs, and they were quick to respond to my complaint that the tub leaked on the floor. Diner, restaurants, shopping and convenience stores nearby. Big TV, with all the hookups available on the front, for gaming, etc. Also has Iron w/ board and hair dryer. Clearly recently remodeled. I really liked the decor- clean and classic. And there was little to no noise the 3 days I was there. Oh yes, and the lovely outdoor POOL!

First thing I noticed, no closet! They could easily put a small coat rack on the wall, near the door, that would have sufficed. The tub did leak on the floor, and the tub could have been cleaner. Strange smell in the corridor (but not in my room...?) It seems there are quite a few "longer term" occupants staying at this hotel - so if you're easily frightened by folks hanging out, you might not like it. But, I'm a Marine- so I merely noted this for those that might feel bothered by it.

The location is convenient, with easy access to major highways and nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the Inn at York to anyone visiting the area. A highlight of my stay was dining at the newly opened restaurant on the property. The ambiance was inviting, and the menu offered a delightful range of dishes. The service was top-notch, and the overall dining experience was exceptional.

Smelly hallways.. smelled like something stale but I really do think that if u guys have the hallway carpets professionally cleaned that it will smell alot better. Also had to purchase my own towel and wash cloth cause the hotel towel and wash cloth had stains on them....the room also had a odor when we entered the room ...a really good smelling good cleaner will take away the problem.

I Like that the staff is so kind and friendly and their hospitality is great. And the other guests here were great too they all made an impact on my life. Thank You Everyone. I Will Definitely be making reservations again with them for tomorrow again. Thanks to the community as well.

There's nothing that they could have done differently. I like it as it is

The place looks somewhat questionable from the outside, as do a few of the guests, but my room had been recently renovated and everything was great. Wonderful value for the money. Plus it's just up the hill from the superb 24-hour diner Round the Clock.

The heating unit was a just bit noisy, but it really put out the heat!

The room was nice and i enjoyed watching kitchen nightmares and what is hard is there is a few other shows that I love to watch

No breakfast

The room was very nice. Nice size and very nice furniture. Also have a washer and dryer to do your laundry along with a pool.

There was no breakfast. And there was a lady in the hallway yelling at 10:00 at night.

All of the staff members are absolutely wonderful humans. They try to make everything quick and efficient while having fantastic customer service at the same time.
