It nice and the beds are super comfortable. They do need to update the flooring . The walls are thin that I woke up at 5 in the morning . Kept hearing door locks and opening . I would stay there again mostly for the beds and the pool. The pool is very warm. Probably will wear ear plugs when I sleep there. The receptionist at night when we arrived was very friendly. The small breakfast was cute .

I didn't like most of the people staying there. A lot of them was not friendly at all.

The staff was super friendly and the location of the hotel was convenient. Our room was clean and a nice size. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was pretty sad, watery scrambled eggs and floppy bacon. It looked like the breakfast attendant was by herself, so I do commend her on keeping up with the food, trash, and refilling what needed to be refilled. The hotel was dated and needs a make-over. The lobby area looks good, but once you go past there, you can definitely tell the hotels been around a while.

THe location of the hotel was good and accessible. THe room was appropriate for two adults and a pet.

Elevator did not work, Hallway lighting rather dim, room numbers missing from rooms, Carpet in hallway severly stained. Hot water got hot to quick, No vents in bathroom to reduce steam, The TV frequently loss reception and poor choices for TV channels.

The location was amazing and about 30-40 away from the places I wanted to visit. Lots of fast food and gas options. The King Suite was very spacious and relatively clean. The staff was super friendly and amazing. They served scrambled eggs and bacon everyday, had a little waffle station and the usual continental breakfast items.

Towels and toilet had unknown hair particles that was gross and I don’t think the sofas in the attached suite in the King Suite were cleaned for pet hair or in general as it looked dirty and discolored but we mostly used the attached suite for dinner at the small table for 2. The location although convenient meant it was right off the highway so the noise and street lights at night was pretty annoying.

friendly front desk attendant and smooth check in pool was nice after a hard days work!!! (could be warmer in my opinion) Towels provided ..nice My room was great- soooooo comfy king size bed and pillows!!!!!! good bathroom , tv and work desk i also like the mini gym and business room with computer and copy machine. fresh coffee, regular and decaf in front lobby all day & night Thank You!!

Everyone was very nice. The room was clean.

The hallways had carpet ripped with no signs. The one elevator was broke, and it was the closest to my room. The stairway had food on the steps, and one of the railings was loose.

Indoor pool was nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly

My bathroom was dirty. I cleaned it myself like i usually do, this time it was filthy. Susan needs to learn how to clean. Even the cleaning card was dirty.

The location was convenient that it was just off the highway. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious with many of the classic elements. I also appreciated the cleaning service for my room. I was able to confidently go to the front desk with my concerns, and they were taken care of that day while I was away, which allowed me to come back to a clean room.

My room at check in was not ideal. It smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in and I asked for a non smoking room. When I entered the room, the doorknob of the front door went totally flaccid, as if it was broken. The next morning, I located the smell coming from the bathroom that looked like black mold on the ceiling in one corner of the shower. There was also a bag of garbage tied behind our window curtains and a wire panel about to fall off the wall. I went to the front desks with photos as proof of how we found the room. They were lovely about it and fixed most of it while we were gone. Thankfully, the smell was eliminated by the time we came back. The woman who I spoke to about it was lovely and said, "If no one tells us, we don't know to fix it." which I absolutely understand.

Food was plenty staff was very friendly and accomodating

Wifi low signal kept shutting down. Loss of water to shower and flush toilet a few hours but that was out of their control

Loved the two beds, the efficient air, the lemon water in the entry, the yummy full breakfast, the great TV choices, the friendliness of the front desk gal and janitorial staff.

Wish there was a hot tub. Exterior a bit old-looking but okay.
